When I arrived at Grindstaff Kia the Man at the service counter told me they have no body shop at that location.He told me I had to drive to Elizabethtown ,I was disappointed its another 20+ miles he wrote down an address and told me to put in in my gps I the address would bring up the route. I went back in and he was very rude to me he said "it wasn't his fault that the body shop about the location then proceed to tell me that the rear end accident would be on the. Car fax and it would seem my car hard to sell. I have not ever been talked to so rudely I wish I would have gotten his name. Needless to say I sm never going back to that dealer I will find another Kia dealer and spend my money there

Terrible pricing. All cars are marked up by $4,000 for something called “AMV” adjusted market value. Who is adjusting the market? Certainly not Kia because Steve Grindstaff’s lot is the only Kia lot in this area that has mark up that high. Kia is a good brand. Not a Grindstaff Kia though!

Grindstaff Kia in Johnson City is the place to go if you're shopping for a new car! Bob was our salesman. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and was up front and honest with us. I would highly recommend going to see him! He made our experience SUPER easy and was quick to answer every question I had! Go see Bob at Grindstaff!

Had a great experience at Grindstaff Kia. My salesman was very knowledgeable and helping me make my decision. The finance manager was extremely helpful and explained all my options concerning financing and protecting my investment. Was in and out of there in a very timely manner. I would recommend Grindstaff Kia to anyone who actually wants an enjoyable experience purchasing a new vehicle.

Just got the Soul I've been wanting today. Brian was a great sales person. Patient with my numerous questions. If he didn't know the answer he found it. Got to meet Mr Grindstaff who was on site today. A good experience, definitely would go back. Just here on vaca but couldn't walk away from the deal. Now back to Florida driving separate vehicles. I'm driving the Soul!

They tell you one thing on the phone but when you get there the prices are different. Dont stand behind Internet prices or what employee has told you. Try to tell me my car had been wrecked but I already had the carfax and he changed his story them. Typical car salesman bull. VERY DISSATISFIED. NON customer. Keith

Went over and took a test drive and it ended up taking five hours to complete a deal. No reason for this. I had perfect credit, so that was not a problem, took forever to get the massive amount of paperwork done. I even left for an hour and when I returned things were not completed. I almost got up and left the deal on the table. When paperwork was done , it was wrong. I should have signed it and ran. HA! Find a way to get the deal done in one hour or less!!! I do love my new Sorento .

I found the perfect car on their website. Contacted them over the phone and was told they had it in stock. I drove over half an hour to get to them only to find out the car was not available. Then they tried to upsell me into something I knew I couldn't afford. Be careful of the bait and switch tactic this dealership uses.

Where do I start?
The parts department is great very knowledgeable and very friendly. I had an issue with my Sorrento and of course like most people you try to save money so I took it to a few local recommendations. To keep a long story short I ended up here at Grindstaff Kia. The service department is very very very knowledgeable and friendly and now I'm driving ounce again. Also I have to say Mr Grindstaff and his staff up front very awesome. I was interested in buying a new vehicle and was showed my many well explained options. I look forward to purchsaing a new vehicle and continuing my business here.
