Very clean stuff with really cheap prices in the market, the deal was awesome.Great auction cars to work with. Drove three hours one way to do business with them and would be happy to do it again in the future. My salesman, made this one of the easiest and satisfying vehicle purchase I've ever made.

Great selection of south Chicago auto auction and fantastic personal service from Khaldoon , a co- owner. He is a auto auction enthusiast, fully knew his inventory of used cars and provided his expertise to help us select one. He listened to what we were looking for, then pointed us to some cars with the perfect combination of model, options and pricing for our new business.

We drove 3 hours from Indiana came to South Chicago auction. We had minor complications with finding cars. The inventory is very large. The staff was very friendly and helped us with finding the right cars. So I had to test many vehicles to find the right fit. The Salesman Aatef had no problems showing me many cars and finding good cars . The pricing was very fair and you pay for what you get. The general manager Mr. Khaldoon was very helpful and personally with us . There was no pressure in buying anything was awesome to bids with . If you are looking for a decent cars at a decent price I would strongly recommend this auction ..!

This place is the MOST deceiving, misleading business I have ever seen.
All car that are on their web page "inventory" are just a "bait" for you to come to this place, because NON- of those vehicles listed in the inventory are to be found in their lot. Not Only that, there are certain vehicles you can see and check and other that you are not allowed! And the ones you are allowed to see, these vehicles do not come to the bidding floor, Neither You are not allow to see the mileage on the car you are biding!! If you are a first time o want to go there for the first time, be AWARE! It's is sooo freaking confusing that almost feel like you are dealing with crooks and thugs!! I paid $5 thousand dollars for a 2008 Rogue SL with 231,000.00 thousand miles in it!! Had I known, there is no way in hell I would have bought this car. Asking for my money back? Be aware of additional fees when buying! Not posted! Also many vehicles shown online are not available to check them out before buying. Need a lot of work! Buying As Is!

Went their yesterday because they had a car advertised on AutoTrader! Guess what? It wasn't Their! It looks like Cash for Clunkers! Only less than 5 cars out of several hundred look decent. They don't let you start them or drive them! Who would buy some like that? Kept asking a lot of questions and it seem like nobody had no straight answers. I Guess That's Why They Call Cook County , Crook County.

From first contact and sales with auction , to finishing things up with the business manager, I had a great experience. The van was just as . You will be presented with all the extra add-ons, no hard sale there. I did purchase Guaranty auction that I thought was reasonably priced. Overall reputable south Chicago. Auto auction I bought with confidence. I also received a follow up call to see if I needed anything. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help my business get a vehicle that met our needs. The financing process was easy as well. I would recommend this.
