My daughter loves this place. She asks to go at least once a week. A fun and safe place for kids to pay. All kinds of different stuff to interact with. The annual pass is a fantastic deal

This place is great. For the price to get in there is so much to do. They have 3 floors that are quite spacious with tons of activities for all ages. This is a must go to place if you are looking for something fun, exciting, and educational for kids. If you are looking for something to do on a day were you can't go outside I would recommend this museum.

We had a terrific time with our 6 year old and 4 year old. The climbing structure, interactive power grid, vacuum tube system, and building toys were all hits. We were there for about 3 hours and had to drag our kids away. We will definitely be back.

Kids love this place! Better get your rest before coming here. Your kids will be all over the place, and you will both need a nap when you get home. So glad our town has this place for the kiddos

Great place to spend a couple hours with the 5-year old grandson. Not a lot of high-tech electronics, but several great hands- on spaces for experimenting with physics.

This is one of the best children's museums I've been to. There are activities for all ages, and I watched just as many adults play in the water as kids. There are a wide variety of displays, from home life to healthcare, and arts to atmosphere. It was certainly worth the cost of admission and our 2 yo had a blast!

Great place for young children, but lousy parking. Absolutely no place for bus parking that is close. They really need to think about that and come up with something, maybe a shuttle?

The CDM gives you 50% off if you are a Peoria playhouse member. There were many activities that had staff to watch over like the art, innovation, and painting. I have 3 kids ages 1, 4, and 6. My older boys loved the two floor climbing area and the painting on the wall. My 1 year old was a bit more high maintenance and I felt I had to helicopter around him to keep him safe and entertained. That said, the 1 year old thoroughly enjoyed himself. The staff was so smiley, helpful, and nice to me and my boys.

We've been members at CDM for a couple years and really enjoy what it has to offer. We love visiting on Thursday nights when parking is free at the Uptown Station and the museum is less crowded. It is one of our favorite parts of the community.
