This is a very unprofessional and racist company. I ordered a car service, and my trip was confirmed 2 weeks prior to the service date (9/25). I received a called, one hour before pick-up telling me, they were NOT coming to service me. The person who called, was very RUDE, and told me to call Uber and refused to send a car. The caller from this company told me they do not travel to URBAN neighborhoods, or the United Center. No explanation WHY. I will be sharing this on every social media platform, radio station, YOU TUBE, and with every business in the Chicago downtown area. This company don't deserve to do business in Chicago, period

The chauffeur was absolutely wonderful. The flight was delayed and we were stopped for 2 hours on the highway because of an accident and the chauffeur could not have been better, more professional and classy. We felt safe. He handled the situation wonderfully. He was terrific. My director, who came in from France had so many great things to say about the ride and service. He was so pleased and looks forward to his return ride with your company.

The service was outstanding, from reservation, to pick up, to the actual ride! My husband and I used Sophie Limousine for a special night out after they were recommended to us by one of our neighbors, and the night turned out perfect. The chauffeur had a professional look and amazing customer service skills. Even if he arrived a few minutes early we didn't feel rushed at all. The car was spotless. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

I've hired Sophie Black Car Limo for my friend's corporate event. It was an appreciation event and we had them take everyone to dinner and certain events around town. Not only was the driver punctual, but courteous and polite. Sophie Limo made everyone's night enjoyable and stress-free. We appreciate the discretion. I'd gladly hire them again.
