Out and away the friendliest staff I've experienced in the Bay area. Hotel is consistently clean, well maintained, in a good location for groceries and other dry goods, dining, or local travel. Happy hours/dinner hours are fun, with above average drinks and flavors. I'm glad to be staying here.

It's like Extended Stay Suites, except nice. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in the area, hopefully I can stay more than one night.

Great local accommodations perfect for extended stays. We loved the apartment style suite which felt very private. Very impressed with the full-size kitchen, too. The real fireplace was nice but not sure if fires are allowed. Perhaps a dura flame log is? The unit was super clean and I would have given them five stars but, for us, the bed was too soft and dipped a little in the middle. Still I would recommend it highly.

A very good hotel in Palo Alto, close to many companies. It has a small swimming pool which is liked by the travellers. They have ample parking space for the customers.

The hotel is spread in such a way that there is enough open space between The cottages. The kitchenette in the rooms are very well maintained and you can even cook in it in case you like cooking for you.

The distance to Stanford University is not very much and the connectivity to public transportation is also very good. You can find good amount of departmental stores around this hotel which is very useful if you want to buy something.

Staying for couple of weeks. Good spacious room with fully equipped kitchen. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Property had good parking space but parking is paid and is quite costly. Landscaping is fine. Breakfast spread is a bit monotonous - only Sundays had done added dishes. They might want to improve on that. Fitness centre and swimming pool are decent sized and not so busy, so can be availed whenever needed. Location is very good, there are good number of restaurants around at walkable distance and it is needed since there is no other meal available after breakfast. Target, Walmart, whole foods market are at walkable distance. Overall good place to stay for longer visits.

Nicely located, very close to quick eats, for a light dinner. They have studio rooms and regular rooms. The fitness center is very small, serve decent free breakfast. Rooms are well maintained. I was in Studio, that comes with full kitchen.

Comfortable bed but the place could use renovating. The place appeared to be clean but just dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was on par with Resident Inn breakfasts I've had in the past, which was good. Overall the stay was nice but not overwhelmingly great.

2 dozen of us had a Friday night getaway here. It was a lot of fun. They let us use their breakfast room for a take-out dinner and get together place. The beds were comfortable but the sofa beds not so much. Their breakfast was great It will be fun to do it again.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The room I stayed in was a newly renovated room and very nice and spacious. The room was situated right next to the main road but surprisingly with the curtains closed you could not hear anything from outside. 24 hour gym and a pool which is open late is a great way to end a busy day! Fantastic place to stay!

It was a nice take on a hotel. With a townhouse style, the Marriott worked out as our board after our weekend event. The community and ambiance was pleasant, but nothing to write home about. The continental breakfast ended at 930 which was a little early for our party's taste. Overall a pleasant stay

The new building we were in was absolutely beautiful. Decor was tasteful. Hotel associates were kind and friendly. Room had mini kitchen, living room area, swivel television, and giant bathroom. I would highly recommend Residence Inn by Marriott in Palo Alto.

Signage is hard to see due to trees. Rooms are very nice, internet is good so far (able to play YouTube without buffer), and the service was good.

We were visiting for a friend's wedding and had an excellent stay. The staff had the crib set up by the time we got to our room. The included breakfast hit the spot. We had a problem with the bathtub drain, but Kevin, at the front desk, was very quick to fix it up. All of the staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Mountain View / Palo Alto area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had an issue with my reservation but the staff was happy to assist me and make sure my issue was resolved. Complimentary wine was available during dinner and there was enough for all the guests to enjoy.
