Update: The Hilton reimbursed me for the charges. However, the GM from the Hampton did not respond back from my email. I will never stay at this location again. I love the Hilton brand! They have always been lovely with me.
I'm very annoyed with this location. I'm being accused of taking a pillow and a blanket. I did not take any of these items. I wouldn't take anything from any hotel. Another thing! My mom noticed that the sheets where not changed. We decided not to say anything because my mom felt bad for housekeepers. Now I don't feel bad for the housekeepers. I wish I would have said something that night. I have the loyalty rewards with Hilton so I'm extremely upset!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and service minded! The location is great, just off the i5 and close to In-N-Out. Only complaint is that the rooms look a little old.

Clean room, but loud. You could hear everything for the upstairs room and hallway. The a/c heating unit was also pretty loud. Lots of people down at the breakfast area, so we really didn't get more that a waffle and a couple cups of copy. The other guests waiting to eat were pretty rude, just pushing in front of each other. Convenient location, but not worth the price if you don't get an on line promotion.

Would definitely recommend, love all the staff including the GM Sonia, Karen, Liz and all others down to maintenance/housekeeping. They treat me very well, property is well kept and clean. Above all else they always are genuinely happy to see me and always make time to catch up with how I have been since last they saw me. Even when I haven’t been a guest for any period of time, always pick up as were we left off.

Glad I became a Hilton timeshare owner many moons ago. Otherwise I would not considered Hampton and other Hilton owned chains for my preference in hospitality.

They overbooked and gave my room away. I ended up with a King with a sleeper. The bathroom was super small. On the plus side, the linen was fresh and abundant. The bed was comfortable and when we requested extra pillows and blanket, they came right up!

3rd time we've stayed at this location. Have stayed for as long as 2 weeks. Readily accessible to 5 freeway. Many nearby restaurants. Many deliver. Great FREE breakfast bar. Maid service was great.

The rooms were very clean and well-organized they had a desk in the closet they provided a nice breakfast every morning had a swimming pool on grounds and is very clean

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. Clean, big room, housekeepers did a great job. The front desk staff have been very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning is definitely one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. We have not tried the pool or any other amenities offered by this hotel, though it seems families are out at the pool enjoying the water by the time it opens.

Clean, and comfy beds, love the breakfast in the morning. They served cookies and popcorn in the lobby at 6 pm, and have coffee available all day. Pool was nice, but more on the small side. Lots of food places around, outback steakhouse right next to the hotel

Average hotel, rooms are a bit small. The a/c in our room was being funny. It blew cold air, but would shut off every 5 minutes and stay off for 15 minutes, wouldn't go below 60. The room was always a few degrees warmer than wanted. Nice pool and Jacuzzi/ spa. Not enough storage/ clothes space, if your the type to unpack. Breakfast is okay, the waffles are a hit or miss, to go bags are very yummy and'healthy.' The staff is very friendly and helpful. The faucet in our shower was dripping, but with a hard pull the water stopped. If you book quite a bit in advance and get the cheaper rates, then the hotel is definitely worth the price.

I stayed in 4 different hotels and this was the last one and it will be my go to hotel if ever I'm in the area again. The rooms are very attractive and my view of the mountain side and trees was beautiful and calming. The hotel personnel were very friendly and super helpful. I like that you cannot enter into the back entrance without a room key. They also added a nice touch of putting a towel on each of the pool loungers. The breakfast is quite good for a standard hotel there's real oatmeal and it was creamy and really good , the premade cheese omelets were surprisedly tasty too. There's fruit toppings and whipped cream for the Belgium waffles that your can make and fresh fruits and yogurt. There was a evening cookie and popcorn offer if you needed a snack (complimentary like the breakfast). It's right off the freeway but I couldn't even tell from where my room was.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Waffles included in the free breakfast were pretty good. Rooms were decent sized and good for sleeping but that's about it. You can't really hangout in the rooms after a long day.

This was my first visit to this Hampton Inn, and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a positive experience. The lobby was clean, bright, and the ac was keeping it noticing cool. The staff was attentive, and the hotel provides complimentary snacks in the lobby. The room was clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.
