Disliked it very much. One person that was seating us said the tables were all reserved, but all of them were empty. How is that possible? Then people at another table who were next to us wanted to switch tables because it was cold, so they switched to where I wanted and they got that. I found that rude. They had more drinks than food choices when they could make more food choices. Then it took forever to get our food which was one kids menu, an appetizer, and two plates. My food came before everyone else's and finished before they even they were ready. People from other tables got their food first even though we got there half an hour before. Service was not very nice but food was not too bad.

Thankfully, they had the heaters on when we were there. Glad to be able to Sit inside the enclosed area with our well behaved little dog.
My girlfriend and I split the surf and turf. It was good. Cooked to perfection.
I can't speak to the value because my girlfriend picked up the tab. No you can't have her phone number.

What a fantastic place! Wonderful servers, very kind and amazing food (I had a burger and my husband had the lobster roll). Also best Pina Colada that I have ever had! Not to mention iguanas (nice ones ;) everywhere!!! So cool! We will be back!

Service is great. Whole place is completely redone. Great reviews. Plenty of dockage. Lots of TVs if you want to catch a game but the scenery over the Bay is pretty awesome. Often live music.

We have ordered one plate of pasta with seafood each. Poor quality, not very tasty, too much butter. The bartenders started at 8pm (the restaurant closes at 9:30pm) to clean the tables and to close the parasols around us while we were just starting to eat our plates. Not pleasant at all. The bartender has pretended no to have change on a 1$ bill. How come a touristy place like that has no change? Besides, the automatic gratuity - 18% - was already set on the check. We definitly not recommend this impersonal place.

Servers and food were amazing!! The bathrooms were so clean! Beautiful spot to watch sunset, eat, and to take a walk on the bridge.

Asked an innocent question on their Facebook post and instead of answering it in a subsequent post or by direct message, they blocked me from their page. Businesses who do this tend to remove negative reviews so their score is probably inflated. Way to go, you just lost a regular locals business out of laziness and immaturity. It's cool, you're overpriced and your bands suck anyway.

Great place for food and drinks, gorgeous spot for the sunset! Staff is very friendly and good. Came here two nights to watch the sunset. I have no complaints. Food and alcoholic drinks were great. They kept our drinks filled and our table clean! Would definitely suggest to anyone!!

I just went there and had the best meal. It's consistent to last time I was there. Wait staff were great too.
A lot of bad reviews are from service. Well it's not their fault. Their kitchen isn't large enough to handle the crowd. Just know it's going to take longer and plan on it. It's well worth it. If you go off season,no problem.
Doesn't get better than this.

I'm a local, been there many times and have recommended many people, but this is my last time. My wife and I together with another couple planned to have dinner there tonight. We requested a table for four. Having many tables open the manager (Anthony) said he could not give us a table as he was holding them in case it rain and others because they were reserved and added "they are totally booked". Unbelievable!!! There were no customers waiting and many tables unoccupied. We had another incident before at this restaurant and we had given another chance, but this is it. They think they have the market. The manager is very rude, the worse I have ever encountered . I highly recommend not to eat there unless they change the manager and they become more accommodating and pleasant to their patrons. Needless to say we went to Skippers restaurant and had a very pleasant experience and good food.

My boyfriend and I are both precious hard working wait staff personnel, and to say the least this bar lacks in every single area of what a good server is. As we ordered drinks at the inside bar we were entertained by the current fling of wait staff and patron across from us as they enjoyed a drink together and ate off of a customers plate. The tuna we ordered was something you would expect from a land locked state, we will say Illinois for example. Basically the furthest form of decent tuna I have ever eat at a "water side" restaurant. I highly advise others to never come here as this is a complete tourist trap. Save yourself (and a bill not worth the experience) and by pass this on your trip.

Beautiful restaurant on the water to have dinner, drinks and watch the sun set over the ocean. Mixed drinks are a bit pricey, but beer was reasonable. Great appetizers. Live music was playing when we went on Saturday. They blow a really loud horn at sunset as part of their nightly celebration. Reservations recommended, but we were fortunate enough to grab a great table without one. Fairly busy place with a lot of outdoor seating as well as indoor if you're caught in the rain. They also have a dock you can walk out on and watch the sunset. Relaxing atmosphere without the "Key West Kitsch" decor.
