Everything is good, they have homemade soup (lots) and bread, very large portions. Little pricey but worth it. Beer and wine.

This was the worst food I’ve ever had, I even found a hair in mind. Service could’ve been better the only thing I liked about it was the background of the place. But I didn’t make up for the calzones that were way too small

Ate here for the first time while on vacation w/ my fiance! My meatball sandwich was delish! Fiance thoroughly enjoyed his Italian sandwich. He loved that half his sandwich was pre-wrapped. And 1 of the wait staff gave him a to-go bag without him even asking for one. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive! Definitely coming back here so I can try other items from their menu. Lots to choose from!!

The food was so good that I'm going back after I finish posting this review. The bread was freshly made. Half the sandwich was already wrapped up to go which my wife and I both enjoyed again later that night. If you're staying nearby, stop hunting for a place to eat and come here.

Great pit stop for to-go food on your keys adventure. Their food is incredibly tasty and the service is always fantastic. Chad's is a local's favorite.

Been here for over an hour and still no food Or appatiser we ordered. Someone Finally came over to ask (again after over an hour) to ask of we wanted soup or something while we wait.. Are you kidding?!?!? You want us to order more food at OUR cost because you can't make a pizza, garlic bread or a kids turkey sandwich in less than an hour and a half!!!! Not on your life.
This place is not the same since Chads passing and the new staff don't seem to have much if a clue between them.
Increadably disappointed.

The best.just simply the best. The salads are out of this world. The large could def fee two people and all the ingredients are fresh! The staff are wonderful and friendly and if the locals go there, you know it's good!

We eat here often. It is getting harder and harder to choose Chads. The food is excellent. Unfortunately the wait/server staff is horrible. It has been the norm the past couple months of waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink ordered, another trip or two to the bar to ask for a waitress to place your order. Want a refill, not happening. Getting a check and paying, another long wait.
Sad to see this as the food is really excellent! Hope they make some changes.response / report this review -

after being slammed all day by all the people coming down to the Keys for New Year's, the customer service was still absolutely fantastic. I love our waitress I would go back just to see her again. The make your own pasta combination was phenomenal. We showed up 15 minutes before closing on a crazy day and the food was still absolutely awesome. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go check it out!!
