We had an amazing lunch!
The place is being rebuilt after hurricane damage, however the atmosphere is still excellent. GORGEOUS views, the best service and the food we could have had lunch again after we were done with our plates.
Really a beautiful meal.

Bartender Adrian (sp?) was very nice and attentive. We visited the night of Thanksgiving and had a few drinks here. I had a Bloody Mary and Bahama Mama. Very affordable and delicious. It was pitch black outside near the water but I'm sure the view is beautiful during the day. The crowd was friendly and seemed to be mostly regulars. Would come back if in the area.

Ate here 11 24 2017 Nice setting view of water and small islands..People were nice , no rough necksGrouper sandwich was the best I've ever ate very reasonable priced. there was just a hint of smoke in the air ,but I,m not sure how that they could control this .Fords Garage in Miramar Outlet has the same problem.I will definitely be stopping here next time I,m in the keys. wait staff was very accommodating

My husband and I were lookibg for places to eat that have been impacted by Irma and we ended up here. They are currently rebuilding after the storm took their deck, dining room and kitchen but they are on the way back! The limited menu is being served from a food truck on a small patio at the rear of the building next to a new deck under construction. A small makeshift bar was filled with locals and the conversation is still peppered with Irma talk but the staff was friendly and the burger and Cuban wrap we had were very good.

Visited Snappers about a month after Irma and enjoyed the Irmageddon menu on the patio. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Great people and great food!

This is where locals go. Nice restaurant for the family, and if you rather relax (without kids) there is a little bar right by the water out back where you can just chill and be a local. Best bartenders, amazing prices. The owner is always there and so friendly, I would take anyone here.

I enjoyed my meal and time at Snappers, the staff is friendly and very welcoming. Don't forget to drop in for happy hour at the Tiki bar outside and order the wings, (at least that is what my boyfriend told me), since I don't eat meat he said these are delicious. we will be returning today for happy hour. I ordered the fish and chips, which came with a generous potion of fish too much to eat in one sitting. overall just a great place to eat and relax by the water or if you prefer you can dine inside.

This restaurant is so overpriced for what you actually get. The first night we were in Key Largo, we ate at this restaurant. The waiter was inattentive, and never did bring our bread out. The food was mediocre at best, and then comes the bill. I go to pay it, up front because he never brought us our check, and my waiter walks off before I even finish signing the receipt. I tell another server behind the bar that I'm done signing. She kind of ignores me so we leave. As we are walking into the parking lot, the waiter chases us down and tells me that I took both copies of the receipt. I told him no I didn't, that I left it at the bar because he walked off before I was done signing. I'll never eat here again.

I would say snappers Lobster was a little over cooked since it was packed and the wait time from what the host said was off and had to complain to the owner about,but everything else was great. The calamari was best I have had. The turtle club was way better. We all moved over to the turtle club and it's good view of the ocean.

On a windy day our plans to dine on the docks here went overboard. Well… we could have, but it would have been a challenge. Anyway dining inside was fun as well as we were watching those braving the winds holding their hats and everything else down while trying to eat.

So it was our first time at Snappers and what a wonderful establishment inside and out. It’s actually quite big, comfortable, with nice seating making this a great waterfront eatery. Our waiter was quick on the draw and before we knew it we were sipping our ice cold beverages. Unfortunately they ran out of Hogfish so the wife and I settled for the blackened Grouper sandwich. What I found interesting when our sandwiches came was the fact they melted cheddar cheese on top the fish. This was the first time I ever had cheese on a fish sandwich other than McDonalds. I questioned this to my wife before taking a bite but everything came together quite well. Something else surprised me too as most places serve a fish sandwich on a bun or Kaiser Roll. But here it was served on toasted wheat bread with a slice of tomato, dill pickle, and your choice of sweet or regular French fries. This sandwich was a hit!! Why? I don’t know realizing it was too simple.

Food for Thought applies right here that simplicity is the best way to making food taste good. It’s the little things you change that has you succeed. You can be like everyone else or you can navigate the boat away from the others. Great Sandwich!!!

This was the last stop of our honeymoon on our way back to Miami airport from Key West. Our server Michael was awesome. I had the crab cakes, and out of all of the crab cakes we ate in Key West, and we ate A LOT, these were by far the best. My husband had the tuna nachos, at Michael's suggestion, and loved them. This place is definitely worth a stop. We will be coming back when we vacation to Key West again.

Saw this restaurant on the way back to Miami and had to give it a try. Dined outside by the dock. Loved the chill atmosphere with music. Had the yellow tail snapper with rice and plantains. Delicious! Wait staff was excellent. I will definitely go back.

This is an excellent place to relax and chill. It's right on the water, the service is OUTSTANDING and the food is good. It's the perfect place to spend an afternoon, and they also have live music at night. The musical artists are hit or miss--it really depends on your preference. Overall, an excellent place to spend some time relaxing!
