Been coming here for many years, and always the highlight of my trip to Key Largo. Staff is on point always! As an owner, I get a lot of benefits that the average tourist doesn't. Great rooms, entertainment, pool, restaurants, and one of the best bars in the Keys. I have never been disappointed with any of the service! Hence the five star rating.

Nice place. Food was good. They have dockage for about three or four boats. Service is friendly but slow.

Not much of a sports bar. Music was playing pop style very loudly during several big games. Views are good. I would return because there aren’t enough places to catch a game by boat but it didn’t hit my expectations.

It would also be interesting to go inside but tough to do on a nice day.

I've have always enjoyed my food here, luncheon or a evening dinner. I've sat on deck outside the restaurant, or down at the outside bar area. Good variety of beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, comfort food, desserts. Happy hour drinks and food. Live music, entertainment. Great place for watching the romantic sunset. Or just enjoying the evening with friends and family. I feel this place has a price range for just about anyone. My stop for most my motorcycle rides to or from the mainland back to Coppit Key. A must try in my book!

DO NOT EAT HERE WITH A LARGE GROUP!!!

I really wish that i could leave this place a better review however my experience was really bad. I was in Key Largo for a wedding and the night after the wedding a group of 16 of us went to eat at the big chill. We called and made reservations and they said come on in as they were slow this particular evening. Once we arrived and everyone was seated they let us know that they can't slip the check up. We let them know that this wasn't an option and they got the manager to approve it. From this point it went down hill. Appetizers made it to the table and were finished before any drinks made it to the table. Entrees they were brought out in no particular order and took many minutes to find the right spot. There were over 4 people that did not get to eat as their orders were forgotten to be placed. After dinner was over i waited for over 30 minutes for our server Jenni to come to the table to ask for my check so i decided to seek out the manager Greg.

Greg was very disrespectful to me and smelled of alcohol. I was simply letting him know that there had been guests who had not gotten their orders and it had been 30 minutes with no contact from our server and he simply said "sorry sir we don't normally split checks". Greg never made any stop by the table and went back into the sports bar area. This was terrible customer service on a slow night. Do NOT eat here with a large party as they are not able to handle it.

Ignore the average reviews, we had a great night. Band were excellent and food really good, excellent pizza and tasty key lime pie and friendly service. Well done the Big Chill.

Worst service, 12$ wings drier than rocks, finally went to the hostess for a bill. Don't waste your time at the big bill

A "sports" bar that refused service to walkins at 9:19 pm during the first half of a Cowboys game so the bar could close early. Paul is the manager. He is standing over the remaining customers waiting for us to leave. I politely asked him about the bar and introduced myself, but he had better things to do. The waitress is pacing back and forth glancing for us to finish our beers. A $70.00 meal only to be rushed out.
Local businesses tell us to write positive reviews and tell the world that the Keys are open. This is not the message I received tonight.

Extremely overpriced and my hogfish was under cooked, left off crab and shrimp and very poor presentation on a few pieces of lettuce! The BEST thing was the view! However, $32.95 for sweet potato fries which was only edible item, way over the top! Specialty drinks at &9.25 mostly syrups and my advice is order wine! I will never order any entree there again! Loved the view is the only plus!

Concept and location are priceless. Food was good. Server has potential and good knowledge of menu. Patio was hot without any flow of air - the bar patio seemed to have a fan blowing their direction. Drink orders , including our water took forever. Bar drink could have waited but water ? Food came out in a reasonable amount of time but we were finished with our dinner before the waiter ever checked back. I wanted another bar drink thank goodness the food was good and we didn't need anything there. When we paid and started out door the staff was having a lot of fun in kitchen ally- our waiter was quite the dancer but might be they were having too much fun to take care of their tables. 10-15 min after leaving my son realized he left his wallet (had over $100cash of his birthday $). We quickly called and were informed it was not to be found . I hopped in the car and went back - luckily for me our table was still sitting dirty (15 min later ) and the wallet was on the floor. Obviously staff was still too otherwise occupied to help us. Im a restaurant owner in SC and would welcome this input if it were my establishment. I hope you find it helpful. I see it as a management and leadership issue

Lived in Key Largo a few years ago, and used to come out here every week with my roommates. Great location, especially to watch the sunset. The live music was also fantastic. The food was good, but overpriced, and some of the waiters were not very good. Definitely worth the experience, though.

Best pizza ever!! And here is why. This place is amazing. The staff is excellent. Our waiter Pablo was very fun and helpful. Very animated character. He made great recommendations based on his preferences not a sales pitch. I like that. We are on our first vacation as a couple. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and seated on the deck oceanfront. Front row seats to what would be a beautiful sunset. We ordered a couple drinks and an exploded onion. Everything was excellent. Pablo was very attentive but not pushy. We never felt rushed. Which is good because we were in no hurry. As we sat and talked overlooking the ocean, watching the sunset, we decided to order a pizza. When our pizza arrived, Pablo informed is that Chef Dom was in a good mood and that the pizza was on him. What we didn't know was that he had been watching us enjoy our evening and each other from his work area. I love the woman I am with very much and apparently it shows. Best pizza ever!! Thank you Chef Dom and Pablo for making this a visit we will never forget. We will definitely visit again when we return to Key Largo in the future.
