To be truthful I went in with a blown motor on my bike. Had a few snags but Ray made things right. Little did I know I would be on a new 2018 bike. The staff bent over backwards to make things work smoothly. Thank you Smokin for treating me like family and making a friend / customer for a long time to come!

What kind of motorcycle dealer hires motorcycle sales people who don't own or ride a motorcycle? (This one does) Seems as if more floor space is devoted to made in China clothing and trinkets as is devoted to motorcycles. Ok selection of new bikes, lots and lots and lots of used bikes parked outside, many with nearly new prices.
As a positive note, the staff are always friendly, even if not particularly knowledgeable of the product beyond the sales literature.
I can't, however, excuse a motorcycle dealership, of all places, for either selling, or allowing to be sold, beer at events, directly outside the dealership doors on their property.

Biggest Harley store in the triad area, and the customer service was the best I've experienced out of all the surrounding stores as well. Sam helped my wife and I get setup with new helmets and was very informative and a big help. I'm in Greensboro but will definitely be making the trip to Winston to smokin Harley for any future needs.

I was on a business trip and had some time to kill, so I rolled over to Smokin to grab some apparel for my wife and I. While shopping, their sales person Staci Higgins strolled by to check on me and began a conversation, not a sales pitch but began to build a relationship. She was very knowledgeable about the product and surrounding area, she gave me great advice on places to go - something my hotel was unable to do. I'm in sales and 101 is product knowledge, building a relationship and the sale will follow, in turn I ended up buying more and she had written down all the info we had spoke of on her business card - this enabled me to contact her via email thanking her for the great advice and to make another purchase for my wife, because I didn't get one of the shirts she wanted. Staci is good for your business.
