Nice fairly quiet place to spend the night. Free breakfast that has the normal fare. Near Hanes Mall for shopping and is just off I-40. Employees are all very nice. No complaints.

The hotel has been renovated recently and the improvements are notable. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and polished. The food is delicious and served hot and ready. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and user friendly. The staff is attentive and friendly too. My favorite part was how soft the beds were. I slept like a baby. Thus is easily the best room for the price.

Fecal matter in toilet upon arrival. I quickly flushed it down before milady noticed. She probably would have wanted another room and I didn't feel like moving. Toilet handle needed to be held down to flush completely. Room otherwise clean other than dust buildup on top of wardrobe which I have repeatedly noticed in sleep inns. Room had view of dumpster. Expressway noise all night. Breakfast ok but crowded, not good to sleep in at this Sleep Inn

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Run don’t walk out of there! Totally filthy and disgusting. We made management aware of issues and absolutely NOTHING was done to fix or remedy the situation! Room reeked of cigarette smoke and I am highly allergic. This hotel actually made me physically sick! Was suckered by their false advertising of 4 stars! This place doesn’t even deserve one star!!!! You can even tell that their reviews have been faked as well.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was really clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The employees and owners of this hotel are wonderful and always accommodating. The rooms are clean and the hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. We stay here often and would recommend it to anyone!

I chose a hotel with higher rate, due to not wanting to end up in a dump for a 7 hr stay just to sleep. Arrived to check in around 10pm, went to room and there was a horrible smell with evident attempts to cover it up with a odor control spray. Smelled cigarette smoke also in a non smoking room. Front desk attendant said he was not able to offer another room and when we demanded a refund to go across the street to Hampton Inn, he simply said "his boss does not approve refunds at this time". So being tired, we gave up and went to sleep. Sheets had grit at the feet, bed was hard, pillows felt wet, both my husband and I woke up with bites on our legs and left with the nasty odor on out clothes and in my hair. Also, was not aware this hotel allows pets and was awaken by dogs barking next to us, heard every time our neighbor turned over in their bed due to the thin walls. Very disappointed. Save yourself frustration and book the Hampton Inn or Best Western across the street!

During my stay I found three bugs in the bed. I did not complain too much about it as long as it wasn't any bed bugs because some pest just can not be controlled. I checked-out early because to me they looked like spiders. I contacted the manager to tell her of my situation to see if there was anything to be done. I worked for a hotel so I understand if there is a process to be done, but she told me I would receive 50% back for the inconvenience. I contacted her again because I used my company's card, and they said it was no refunds pending. She told me they had pest control come in and founded no bugs. So she decided not to refund anything back to me. I asked why didn't she call to inform me and she said she forgot. Mrs Alpa management skills is very poor. Poor communication and did not try to reason with her customer at all. I will take screenshots of the video and post them to this post. Think twice about staying here, and if you still decide to make sure to check the room completely.

Just finished another fantastic breakfast at the Sleep Inn Hanes Mall. Simply the best free breakfast in town. And the rooms are second to none! I've been staying here as I travel and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. The owners are hands on and greet you with a smiling face every visit. The accommodations here are what other motels wished they were!

Service is extraordinary. Did not have to worry about anything missing, and there was no problem with privacy. Also, the breakfast was outstanding. Clean and attractive😃.

Good hotel, good value. Decent room, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, though I somehow always get the room near the dumpster the night before it gets emptied at 5 a.m.

The building is small but the rooms are well kept and the service is good! It feels like a safe area here.
