    No complaints so overall good.
Friendly staff, complimentary made to order breakfast. Made to order included only a 'custom omelette' option.

Suites have a lobby (huge one) in the center and rooms around it. They host events in the lobby. So, it can get noisy sometimes.

I stayed in a 2 room 1 king bed suite.

This place is not what it used to be. Staff customer service is great. However, I must point out a few inconsistencies. My room had prominent stains on the floor. I have pets. Stains can be removed it masked pretty quickly. At breakfast and into happy hour, the floor was sticky such that I thought my shoes would get stuck. It was an unnecessary negative.

On a positive note, the digital key is a big hit with me!

Great hotel, the staff welcomed me and quickly got me my room and told me of the managers reception that was going on. A great way to end a long day. My room was super. Well taken care of with nice amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The below review was done a year ago and here I am staying here again due to work. Trust me if I didn't have to stay here I wouldn't. Well, they stopped putting bottled water in the rooms to charge you for and now they just outright charge you $10.00 per night for incidentals. I questioned, What incidentals? The clerks (front desk manager) said, just in case you would charge something to you room. So you are going to pay $10.00 a night just in case 😳. Really, this place amazes me with the ways they can come up with to make more money off of you. I will also add, the staff here are just RUDE. I just observed a staff maintenance guy run into a lady walking through the lobby area with a cart almost knocking her down and didn't even say a word to her. No I'm sorry, excuse me or anything.

Super nice place! However be aware of your bill and extra charges added on checkout. Adding a $4 bottle of water (that wasn't drank) to customers bill will soon add up. Yes, when questioned, it was removed but just be aware!

Nice and comfortable hotel with some nice benefits. Rooms are big, but the bathrooms are tiny, the beds are half decent. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people. The breakfast is free in the morning, and while nothing to write home about, there is plenty of options to get you going in the morning. There is a complimentary happy hour in the afternoon with snacks which is a nice way to unwind after work. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. There is a indoor pool and a small workout room as well. You get a good value for the price.

The Embassy Suites layout was fantastic. The natural light made it a very pleasing atmosphere. The room was comfortable with all the necessities. The breakfast area was a little dirty but breakfast was just ending so I'm sure they were working their way around to it. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

I normally think Embassy Suites is awesome. I look forward to staying there. However, this particular location did not meet the usual standards. When we went up to our room, the door was already open and every drawer was hanging open. The shower was stuck on a pulse setting, and the fan for the air conditioning in the bedroom did not come on. On the positive side the breakfast was delicious!

Very enjoyable stay. Comfortable rooms, very quiet in the bedroom. Breakfast, as always, was delicious. The airport shuttle was a quick ride and leaves every half hour.

Fire escapes were always dirty with trash. Fire escape doors kept propped open. People friendly. Some workout equipment broken. I liked being able to select my room before arrival. Breakfast was good. Dinner was WAY TOO SALTY, inedible!!!!

Great hotel. It is showing it's age but is by no means shabby or in disrepair. Staff was cordial and welcoming. Suites are nice sized. I wish the TVs had the ability to let me connect my PS4 do my boys could have played. Also the chlorine levels were extremely high & lead to my son having to rinse his eyes under cold water for almost 30 minutes to stop the irritation
