I was referred to Jessica Carels when looking for a new vehicle. Not owning a Ford product previously, I was unsure about which vehicle would work best for my family. I was amazed at the knowledge that Jessica had on the models she reviewed with me. She answered every question and was very patient. OMG!!!! Where should I start. Ryan Marshall!! My husband and I have gotten three vehicle from him in a span of 3 1/2 years.

1) He will with no hesitation explain anything that you have on your mind.
2) no question is a stupid question with Ryan
3) He definitely makes you feel extremely comfortable
4) LAUGHS AND SMILES!!!! What a plus
5) But most of all he will go above and beyond to make you happy for what you came for.

Was looking to lease a vehicle for my wife. She bought her last car used there and wanted a new f150. Guy at worked referred me to see Ryan Marshal. He showed me the remaining 2017 F150 they had and they weren't what we were looking for. My wife had a 07 Ford Edge so I asked him about the 17 Edge. He asked what color and he said I have the perfect one for you. Him and his sales manager insisted I take the vehicle home to show my wife. I said I would bring her back and they asked if I was sure I didnt want to take it home and probably thought I wouldn't come back. Brought my wife back the next day and she fell in love with it. He was very helpful with the whole process and did not push us into anything. Told him a price we wanted and he got us really close. Also showed us other vehicles to save us money but my wife was set on the Edge. Went to other dealers and they seemed like we were bothering them and weren't helpful. That was not the case here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a sales guy and asked if he could help me. Told him who I was referred to and he said have a seat and asked if I could use something to drink. There is a reason we came back to that dealer and my coworker referred me back there. Will go back once the lease is up to get another vehicle

When I bought my first car a few months ago, I came here and was very happy with the whole process. I met with Ryan Marshal and he got me a great deal, and told me everything straight up, as he knew I was new to this.

I just had to take my car in for a transmission repair, and my appointment was in the AM and they called me at 3:03 that afternoon, all set to go. I can't complain at all about their service and attitude towards their customers, and have been extremely happy that I went with Skalnek!

I ended up purchasing an 2010 Ford Escape from Lance Richardson at the Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion. He was great. He helped us from the start to finish. We are a Ford A-Plan family, and as long as I can remember, our family has bought our cars from Skalnek Ford. I remember when I was about 10 years old, we bought a Ford Taurus, and won a free CD player with the purchase, which was the first CD player our family owned. Now that I'm an adult, I have purchased two cars from Skalnek, and have had great experiences each time. My latest purchase involved some very creative financing, and Rick Brewer did a great job of working the numbers to get me the best deal possible. The sales representatives at Skalnek will do everything they can to make the process as easy as possible. Both times i remember fairly effortlessly trading in an old vehicle, and driving away in a new car, without having to worry about the loads and loads of paperwork that went along with it. Needless to say, I highly recommend them, and our family will continue to be dedicated customers for years to come.

After researching full sized pickup trucks for some time we found that the F150 is a solid leader. We connected with Ryan Marshall in the summer last year. After a brief conversation he was able to precisely lay out options that met our needs. Problem was that the exact vehicle wasn’t available at Skalnek nor dozens of dealerships near and out of state. I knew this was going to be a vehicle that I was not going to compromise on and Ryan was on board with that. Fast forward seven months and the waiting paid off. I now have a daily driving vehicle that I truly enjoy being in. Throughout the process I’m sure I asked more questions than a typical customer and requested opinions and thoughts on a variety topics related to the models just to make sure that every small detail was covered. The “sales pressure” was never present, just facts and helping to make the best fit. I think I would have exhausted any other sales person but Ryan was patient every step of the way.
