This location has gone down hill. As a kid it was always a great experience. The last few times my family has been the services is not good, slow and orders are messed up.

Ordered hamburger and fries, simple right? Hamburger comes out luke warm and no fries at all. Absolutely no customer service, not even crowded. Waitress (Lori) had a attitude from the time we sat down and seemed bothered that I sent the burger back. Manager(Tracy) not helpful. She offered me a loaf of bread, fresh cookies and finally when she noticed I was interested in her bake goods, she offered 2 $5.00 gift cards for my next visit. Oh, this is the kicker, when the bill came, cause my Mother had a breakfast meal, my food I returned was still on the bill. I brought it to Lori's attention and she told me "my Manager said everything was settled". Really, how's that for customer service. They ended up not charging us for our meal, mainly because they kept making mistakes.

I love this place awesome food best waitress ever is Jen. Such a great personality. I didn't really know what I want just kind of knew what I felt like and gave her the opportunity to order for me, Pot Roast Sandwich.. So good.. Love it

Kudos Bob Evans I order the fried chicken and they immediately came out and told me they forgot to put on the booster and that will still make if I still want and and I told them yes I'll wait cuz my sister order her good and I told that she was slow eater anyway. But then I asked if I can get an appetizers while I wait and they rushed that out as well. Thanks Bob Evans keep up with the customer satisfaction.🤷‍♀️👏👏.

Ordered chicken tenders. Their main menu item. They were out. Ordered a coke. It was flat and tge second one tasted like soap. Was not impressed. Go the extra 20 minutes to go to a different one!

I had a terrible experience at this Bob Evans.
Whether you like Bob Evan's food or not, while my food I found to be gross and not great the service was also poor. Not to mention my silverware also was dirty and had soap scum on it. There was a boy working behind the counter who was extremely rude and strange. He hovered over me as I was eating and stuck out his fist. I stared at it confused and tried to keep eating when he told me to give him a fist bump. I was taken aback in surprise and did it just to make him go away. He then started talking very loudly to the customer next to me about how he has a girlfriend and all the ladies love him and he gives them all smooches and he has a car and how much of an adult he was. I tried to avoid him when I was checking out but he was the only one at the register. I was just trying to pay and instead of processing my bill he says "Can I ask you a question? How old are you?"
I said, verbatim "I'm sorry, I don't feel comfortable answering that question."
He said "oh Well how about this, Where do you work? Where are you from."
Me, trying to get him to stop asking me inappropriate personal questions just stated again word for word: "Sorry, I don't feel comfortable answering that question."
Him: "Do you go to college?"
"Sorry, I don't feel comfortable answering that question."
Eventually he left me alone and let me pay so I could get out of this terrible Bob Evans and never go back!! There was even a man who seemed to be the manager who was standing around near the register and could clearly hear the conversation since I was saying very loudly I am not comfortable answering these questions however he made no move to intervene. One of my worst ever restaurant experiences.
