Aside from the rooms being old and out dated their very clean. The cleaning lady stole everything I owned and threw my son's stuff in the dumpster.

This place is disgusting. Stay far far away. When I folded over the blanket the sheets have stains and pubic hair. There were meth head neighbors and the doors don't lock correctly. Plus broken chain locks on doors.
I would sleep in my truck before I would sleep in one of these rooms. I rented the room for 3 nights at $45 per night. The owner lies and charges tax at 15% saying there is a 7.5% tax for state and 7.5 for county for a total of 15% tax.
Please do yourself a favor and look at the room before renting. I made the mistake of not looking at the room because I just drove from Texas and was overly tired.
I left after being there for about 45 minutes and was charged for a night because I folded over the bedspread. I was refunded the additional 2 nights.response / report this review -

This place is INFESTED with bedbugs and who knows what else. I fell asleep at 1am, and woke up at 3am itching like crazy. I ended up having several bedbug bites and was bitten by something else which caused my left wrist and forearm to inflame tremendously. I had to go to an urgent care clinic and get $250 worth of shots to stop the swelling because it got progressively bigger throughout the next day. The guy wouldnt give me a refund and closed the door in my face. I am currently waiting for the Volusia County Regulations Complaint Form to come in the mail so that I may formally lodge a business grievance.
ALSO
Before I went there I called to quote a room price and the woman who answered told me $45. When I arrived the guy asked me if I booked online. I said no. He tried to charge me $50 and then gave me a dirty look when I told him I had called earlier and the woman told me $45.
This is just a horrible business, with horrible business practice, with owners who simply do not care. It is basically a crackhead den.response / report this review -

The air conditioning in the room was horrible and we were miserably hot all night. Light in bathroom was out and the owner came to door at check out time and got rude with us and hostile. Cheap price but check components and air before he leaves the room after opening door for you and showing it. You get what you pay for. $10 key deposit that you get back at check out upon returning key and remote.

We stayed here April 15-2017. It's cheap rooms. Didn't have bug issues, the owner was cool. Free WiFi. Don't come here for your honeymoon but if you want a cheap place by the beach to stay with friends on a budget, here you go.

This motel is run down. I would advise you to pay the extra $20 a night and go elsewhere. If you must go here, please expect crumbling, dirty walls, clogged up shower, drug addict neighbors, and an overall sense of discomfort. The only upside to this place is it's close proximity to the beach. In one night I was literally offered to buy drugs, saw a guy OD, and had to call the cops on a drunken prostitute for trying to attack me. This is NOT the place for a cheap room for the night.

The bugs mentioned before weren't a problem for us because the lizards in our room must have picked them off. The room smelled of smoke, and mold. The management is a stereotypical set of Indians that are extremely rude. Best part was watching the cops arrest our neighbors out of their room. If you have any standards, avoid this place, if you don't mind druggy neighbors or the smells, or the poor management then this place might be for you.

This place was awful. There was bugs the second day we were there. Management was awful. We got clean towels once during our 4 day trip. Trash was emptied by us instead of hotel staff. The bathroom door wouldn't close. It was awful. Luckily we didnt spend much time at the room itself. 0 stars. Dont ever consider this for a place to stay on your trip to a beautiful place like Daytona Beach.

Spent spring break here and got two rooms - fits many people easily. Walking distance to the beach. Enjoyed having a motel neighbor walk into our room in the middle night. Appreciated the potluck of drugs offered to us daily. Accessible hose attached if needed to washed off after a night of drinking/puking. Often had other uninvited guests that became a nuisance (which were actually cockroaches). Even though not 4-star standards, it made for some great memories.
