We loved our stay here. For our family it had all the things we needed (very clean, roomy, great access to beach, nice pool for the little ones, ample parking w easy in and out) and left out the extras we personally just don't need to pay for (modern, extra amenities, etc). Real treasure we hope to return to

Still one of my favorite Diamond resorts.. The staff, view and area are fun, energetic and customer orientated. The building is older but the service and friendly staff far exceed my expectations every time I come here.

We could've looked high and low and not found a place like this for the money. From the spacious, comfortable rooms to the convenience to the beach and pool, it's a winner! All staff is super customer service-orientedprobably because it's a time-share property. Whatever the case, it's amazing.

I have stayed twice at this place. I like it a lot as it is right on the beach with a pool that is close to the beach. my son and I had great time on the lazy river in the pool but the slide was not open both times we stayed there. Our rooms were very good and had nice kitchen. Parking is a bit tight but you will find space for sure. They try to sell you discounted ticket for stay for one week only if you can listen to their time share presentations but you do not have to sign or buy it. Just say no thanks.

Great atmosphere and clean. 2 small things they could did better with!
1. The umbrellas are the pool are extremely small they are installed in middle of a table and doesn't give any coverage pass the table
2. Umbrellas on the beach also small with very short poles, they then bury it deep dog its no more than 3 to 4 feet of the ground.

It has been such a great visit here with the cove on Ormond beach. Very nice rooms and the atmosphere is amazing. And everyone I have encountered with is very friendly.

The Cove was a wonderful place very clean rooms excellent service great views one of the things that we look for in hotels is security and the Cove had that . Having long sticks that hold the sliding doors locked and people always walking around. Only down fall was its 1 car per room other vehicles would have to park behind a gift shop across the street

Rooms have been updated to a modern look. Great furnishings, two LCD TV's, and full kitchen. Spacious throughout all the rooms. Even had power outlets on the balcony so I could keep my tablet charged while using it for hours on end. Indoor pool, outside heated jacuzzi, lazy river, and ocean/beach front access, plus many planned activities to choose from.

Family friendly, but not full of rowdy kids. Lots to do either on site or very close by. Safe, easy to navigate neighborhood. Clean and well appointed rooms. The slide was taken down two years ago, but the kids never missed it. Between the beautiful beach that never feels crowded, and the lazy river to float around in you'll never be bored.
