Customer service is lousy! Was told to wait, waited patiently 10-15 minutes. Doesn't take customers in order. Lady finally got off phone and took her walk in. This happened 09/16/17
Around 1pm. Will stay elsewhere. Done with best Western..

Clean, quiet, large room. Comfortable bed and helpful front desk. Felt very safe, and it's off the road in a quiet area. Never heard any other guests, although there were other's there. Pool looked nice, although I didn't have time to use it. Usual fare for breakfast, but didn't stay and eat. We were there for a quick stay, one night and back on the road. They happily accommodated us when we asked if we could check in an hour early.

Was good for the price. I've stayed at better, I've stayed at worse. First night my wife couldn't sleep because the guests in the other room had a crying baby. We requested another room the next morning and the staff accommodated us. They were very professional and helpful. We would stay here again. Beds were comfy, and a/c was cold.

Room was comfortable enough, if not a bit outdated furniture wise. Nice large television and very comfortable king size bed. J.J. the General Manager was very rude upon check in and talked down to us as platinum reward members, which is not common among other BWs. Female front desk agent in the evening was much nicer. Price was just okay for the location and amenities. Was given a smoking room when requested a non-smoking and had to be changed. Was next to the elevator and the doors definitely needed more soundproofing, could hear it into the night. Was not alerted to refurbishment at the hotel at any point prior to arriving.

Came in for a wedding found hotel very nice, staff was helpful and accomodating. Location and proximity to New Smyrna Beach was great. Overall very nice experience.
