I would love to be able to clone Dr.Timani and have her be all of my physicians. She is kind, caring, attentive, and compassionate. I highly recommend her for all your dermatology needs. Even though she is my dermatologist she is very informed about my overall health issues and how it relates to my skin care needs. She is Five-Star in my book!!!

I virtually never write reviews. However, I must in this case. Everyone in Dr. Timani's office is so very kind, courteous and professional. I am a new patient and was worked in for an appointment, but I did not have to wait once I got there. I had a minor procedure done and was extremely impressed with the wonderful care I was provided. The actual procedure is not new to me and from my prior experiences, I knew that I should expect discomfort and general unpleasantness. That was not at all the case this time. I've definitely had blood draws that are far more painful, which was quite surprising! I have lived throughout the country and have met more than my share of physicians and staff. But Dr. Timani's practice is, by far, the best I have ever encountered! Honestly, if I could give 10 stars, I would do so in this case!

The wait times are horrendous and ridiculous. It took them over an hour just to get me into the room to sit and talk with an assistant and then I still had to sit and wait for the PA (whom I didn't request) to come in another 20 minutes later. I understand emergencies, but this is the norm for this doctor's office. Not to mention you request an appointment with the actual doctor and you always get the PA. I hate that.

Overall great experience. The wait was kind of long not sure if being a new patient and verifying ins and such was the reason. What stood out was the excellent customer service. There are some really great people who work there!

I was a first-time patient I was seen in a timely manner I came if for a body scan and I was treated like they cared by the nurse and with Alaina Blevins The PA at the office they did a great job for me see you in a year thanks again

I had a 10:30 appointment in which I had to wait 50 minutes to see the doctor for 2 minutes. As a new patient I expected more than having two minutes with the doctor to address my concerns. Additionally as a new patient, you would think the doctor would want to get to know me and some of my other concerns rather than just the spot I came in for which she treated as a point solution rather than a holistic solution. I ended up walking out and will not go back. Until you realize that you're in a service industry and not a meat market, you'll never survive as a business. I'm not just a number nor health plan for you to drive your Mercedes.

Edit: I was back on August 9th for my daughter's appointment. We had an 8:20 appointment and their doors didn't even open until 8:30. I confirm that we have the right time, which we did, and then we were told that the PA would not be in until 8:45 in the doctor would not be in until 9. On top of it all, they claim to charge you $30 for not showing up for your appointment on time. Seeking attorneys advice

I would give her 0 stars if possible! I Went to get a mole looked at about a year ago (I've had it since birth), and they said it looked suspicious. They went to biopsy it and After the $90 procedure I noticed that that where my old mole use to be was a gaping hole and it wouldn't stop bleeding. About 5 months later it has scared larger than the original mole and it would hurts all the time. She promised an extremely small scar not a scar the size of a nickel. To anyone who wants to use her I recommend not! I've now spent over $600 trying to heal my painful bumpy scar where she butchered my mole. She is careless and unprofessional. I will never recommend her to anyone!

One of the best experiences I have had at a doctors office. The doctors instilled a genuine feeling of care that trickles down throughout the staff that made me feel very comfortable. I had the pleasure of being cared for by Alaina the PA whom graciously advised me to have a PRP Facial rejuvenation procedure that has completely restored my confidence from years of acne scarring.

Did not get lab results until one month after my appointment and when I expressed disappointment about not having the results sooner was given one of the rudest most unprofessional replies ever, so unapologetic and demeaning! Have never seen a doctor respond this way, shameless! Dr Sheeren Timani went as far as to tell me that I should look for dermatology services elsewhere, just because I asked for results after one month?? I will take her advice, and I would highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere as well

I usually never take the time to write a review online but this time I feel compelled. Dr. Timani is a true profesional. My son went to several doctors to treat his eczema and had terrible results at a great expense. I was recommended Dr. Timani from a friend and what a tremendous favor my friend did for me. She solved my sons problems very quickly with advanced techniques and special medications/ointments. She also took the time and effort to recommend top of the line brands for the best price. Dr. Timani is a straight shooter and a people's person. Thanks to her my son's severe eczema is nearly gone.
I myself have mild acne scarring and of course, knowing about Dr. Timani I went to her. She performed micro dermabrasion along with special techniques that I cannot pronounce. My face looks fabulous, it's a miracle. My only regret is that I didn't see her sooner. I also must add that I had received quotes from other dermatologists and their prices were extremely high for half the service.

I worked with the PA Alaina Blevins, and Dr. Timani who are both simply amazing! I came in with terrible cystic acne that I had seen two other dermatologists for with no real improvement. They listened to me, and treated me like I was a good friend. I felt very welcome and comfortable telling them everything they needed to know about my diet and lifestyle so they could give me a customized cure for my acne. In only two months my skin was clear, and I feel like a new person. I will always go back to them because they helped me get my confidence back in the most quick, easy, and friendly way imaginable. They recommended skincare products and a beauty regimen that fit my skin type and lifestyle. I highly recommend this office because they are real professionals, and more importantly they are real people who do actually care about their client’s satisfaction.
