Very good and quick service. I spoke with both Bill and AJ while purchasing tires for my Ranger. Both were very professional and provided great service. Installation was quick. I’ve driven on the tires for about a week and love them. Would highly recommend.

Chris and his team at Discount Tire on State Bridge were excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to do the job right without rushing. I was thoroughly impressed. I will be sure to make the extra drive to this location for all my future tire needs. In full disclosure, I originally had an issue with brand new wheels being scratched and new tires not balanced correctly at a different location during install, but the manager at the original location and regional corporate were quick to make things right. Impressive customer service that is hard to find these days. Corporate recommended using the Alpharetta location for the replacement wheel install and I couldn't agree more. Chris (the manager) personally performed the work on my truck and took the time to go above and beyond --- like using black wheel weights on my black wheels (an option I didn't know existed during my original install). The new 285/70/17 KO2 tires are now balanced correctly and they drive extremely smooth (like they should) without any vibrations. Overall, great experience working with Discount Tire and I will do business with them again. Kudos for keeping the customer first, Discount Tire.

AJ was great! He helped me with more than I needed. I went for a simple tire replacement but found out my wheels had other complications. If it wasn't for the staff here I could've potentially gotten into a bad accident. Thank you guys for helping with my car & keeping me safe!

Let me tell you a little story about discount tires on Johns Creek GA, and why I had such a great experience buying from them. I went there to purchase new tires for my car, but they didn't have the tires that I wanted in stock, so they promised me that they will order them and that they will call me in less than three days. I waited very patiently for two weeks and I never received a call back from them so I went there to check what is wrong with my order. I was very upset to find out that the order never passed their system because of a rare problem. I was very lucky to be assisted by Brad which helped me to find and solve my problem all the way through until I was fully satisfied. My point is that every company sometimes makes errors or mistakes but a great company knows how to assists their costumes best when they do a mistake and discount tires is definitely a store which knows how to do it just right. I really recommend you to buy there. I am very satisfied with my purchase and if I need to rate this purchase it will definitely be not lower than 5/5 stars.

Worked with Chad this morning and had 2 tires replaced. Gave me exactly what I asked for at a great price. He also promised the work would be done in less than 1 hour and it was. What stuck out most is he was friendly, to the point, and listened to my request to take special care of my wheels. I don't like scratches on my wheels and asked him to have his techs take care. His response was very positive, said he'd ask the guys to do a touch less mount, and made sure to speak with his techs. Before they started the work a tech brought a wheel in and showed me some preexisting scuffs - which was appreciated so we all were on the same page. They mounted the tires without issue and now have a happy customer. Will use this location again because of the professionalism and care Chad and his staff demonstrated.

AWESOME, SIMPLY AWESOME!!! Was on vacation and came home to my work truck parked at my employees house and all my tools at my house and the truck had a flat. My wife had a mini cooper so couldn't take the tire in to have it fixed. They came over and took the rim and tire back to the shop and replaced it and brought it back and put it on. When I bought the truck it didn't have a spare so I was kinda screwed. Discount Tire came through and saved my day. Thanks Guys!! Yall are the best.
