I removed my review because of your reply to my earlier post. I appreciate you stating you will try to make it better. However when we spoke yesterday, you made no efforts to say how you could make it better. I spoke to three other window tint places and everyone said that a 15 should meter at 15, a 35 should meter at 35. Your answers were not ones that instilled confidence. Lastly you said your meter was not working correctly either. I sadly find it hard to believe your answers and your reputation. I've brought 4 cars to you over the last 6 years and every time, you tell me your computer systems crashed and we are not in you records.every time. I truly believe I paid for ceramic and was given standard film. I know and can feel the tint difference. We used high quality non-ceramic film on our last vehicle from you guys and my ceramic film that was installed this last time are way worse than that. Not what I was expecting from the more expensive ceramic film.
I would love for you to make this right, but I immediately felt with your answers yesterday that my trust was lost with your business.response / report this review -

Job Ok I guess, no bubbles, some scratches are visible, integrity, not very trustworthy, the man behind the counter wanted to charge me $120 the price for ceramic film, luckily hear the tech saying it was standar.so I paid $80 the price for standard film

Beautiful work! Had a compact sedan tinted in about 3 hours, which was a long time to be in a waiting room, but the end result was a fantastic tint job. Highly recommend.

They told me to give the film two weeks for it to completely cure for any defects or bubbles to clear out, but I really couldn't find too much anyways, so they did a great job with my windows. These guys have the most competitive price around town, they beat the best offer by $95!
They seem to be understaffed, as their phone went unanswered once or twice, but it was around closing time, so it may be different during the day.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and I left the place smiling in my beautifully tinted car!response / report this review
