Call and got directions and person was helpful. Arrived at 10:15A One car in the bay and one waiting. I pulled up and started waiting. After 20 minutes there was no movement so I go out and went to check with he service person. He was on the phone and when He got off he indicated it would be another 10 minutes. My estimation was that if it was another 10 minutes it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before I got in. At that point I noticed the technician walking out of the service bay past the car in front of mine and past my car heading to the building next door. I am sorry this did not work out.

I Left. Went to emission tester on Highway 9. Was met at the drive was, guided in and was out in 15 minutes.
