I was stranded with my daughter 25 miles from home by a brake locking up, all on a Saturday afternoon and on a holiday. They got my vehicle right in, immediately found the problem, fixed it, and refused payment. Competent, quick, respectful, and honorable. I will drive out of my way to use them

I was looking for a good used car for my teenager when I ran across these guys: Kirk, James, Mike, Mark and the rest of the team. The entire crew did an exceptional job not only inspecting cars as I found them but they worked tirelessly with us to source exactly what we were looking for. And, given the fact that my teenager saved all summer, well, she was pretty particular. These guys are authentic, honest and know that building a long term relationship is not about a fast buck but about providing a quality service at a fair price. They are not close by my house but they have earned my future business, both as mechanics and as a used car dealer.

I don't know where to begin in terms of how well James and the whole staff at Alpharetta Service Center treated us recently. We needed a new transmission for my Pilot and long story short, the part that came in was defective, and so what should have been a few days in the shop ended up being a few weeks. James and his whole crew worked TIRELESSLY to get us a perfect transmission and make sure every single thing worked seamlessly on my car. He even drove by on a Saturday with his children to bring us the garage door clicker that we left accidentally inside the Pilot! Knowing I needed a car to use for our children James paid for us to have a rental for about 10 days so that we would not be inconvenienced at all during this whole process. We were truly blown away by the level of care, service, and professionalism shown by the whole team. We spoke on the phone so many times during the whole repair and each time James went above and beyond the call of duty to update us on the repair and assure us that the car would be perfect when we got it back. My husband commented one night that he was so touched that James truly took our situation to heart and took it so personally to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. To TOP it off, he bought us a full car detail at Cactus Car Wash so that after all of the work done, my car can look and smell like new---WOW! We truly felt like we were treated like familyor royalty! Or both! They have earned our business forever!!!!!

My family has been taking our vehicles to this location for close to a decade now. The repairs are timely, the requested cost for repairs is fairly priced and the staff is attentive. Overall, reliable (experienced) location and they won't lie to your face or repair something that doesn't need to be touched. If you don't like being fooled by your local dealership, take it to Alpharetta Service Center. They'll treat you and your vehicle with respect.

I'd pay them more for the great work they do, if they'd allowed it, but they don't, so I buy them donuts to make up for it. Well deserved.

Wonderful experience, clean place and great prices! My car battery died abruptly and they were able to help coordinate a tow truck and serviced my car quickly and accurately. The lobby is clean, the employees are respectful, helpful and efficient. Very satisfied with our first experience here - we will be returning customers!

Our family has had our cars serviced here for nearly 20 years. I was concerned when the center recently changed ownership. Turns out, no worries. The repair portion remains efficient and fairly priced. And now they offer a used car service too.

Just this week our 268,000 mile vehicle retired. We provided our criteria for a used car and they went shopping for us, presenting options. The perfect used car was purchased for my husband a few days later.

Then our 2000 car retired a few days later (no joke) when the computer finally crashed and was not worth the repair. Same service again. The perfect car for our daughter was found within a few days.

Friendliness and service is off the charts at this place. Sometimes feels like family instead of a service center. I highly recommend Alpharetta Service Center for all of your car service needs.

Just moved here from PA and my brakes locked up. Stopped in and was promptly greeted by James. He offered free quote, same day service and I ride back to my hotel. Service was performed promptly and reasonably priced. I will return for all my future service needs.

Literally could not ask for a better place to take my cars! Oil changes, tune-ups, repairs. Dave the Manager is straight forward and honest. Guy has been there for 20+ years. Mark the master mechanic knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure you're aware and educatedalso he is just a flat out great guy! Realityhard to find people you can trust to service your cars but I can send my wife here with one of the cars without hesitation. There are at least 15 service centers closer to home but we pass them all to come here. Great people, great service, great price!

We have been customers of Alpharetta Service Center for many years. Dave and his crew have gone out of their way to make sure our cars are in good repair. We tend to have older vehicles that might need a little more work, but Dave is honest and straight-forward about what is required and needs to be repaired. Prices are reasonable. Thanks, guys!
