Very nice establishment. Staff is very accommodating and courteous. Rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. Dined at WP24 and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

WP24 restaurant was awesome. Great view. Food was ok Chinese fusion, but you're not going there for the food. The desert was great though! Passion fruit mousse.

WP24 restaurant was awesome. Great view. Food was ok Chinese fusion, but you're not going there for the food. The desert was great though! Passion fruit mousse.

I was visiting the Ritz-Carlton Residency to take a look at the condo properties available for sale. The valet service was very fast, valeters were courteous, and the real estate agent showed us many properties and was quick to answer any questions we have. Location is the best!!! So close to the staple center, shipping malls, and in the best part of downtown LA!! I checked out some of the amenities, and the gym is the best I have seen in any hotel or condominium community so far. A very nice variety of gym machines, yoga room, and even has a squat rack! I am definitely interested in buying a unit at the Ritz Carlton.

fantastic service. great restaurants. the lobby/lounge area is fantastic too. free fast WiFi. large desks and chairs for seating or working. tables on lobby have access for power for laptops or cell phones too. the rooms are great. everything you need is available at this hotel.

The top floor bar was awesome. Really good cocktails to boot. If you're looking for a good view for evening drinks, I highly recommend this place.

We had a dinner at WP24. Beatiful views and very stylish restaurant. Food was excellent, variety of spices was incredible. Very good customer service, perfect desserts. Wine was too expensive for the quality though. Otherwise, an excellent place for a special occasion.

Absolutely outstanding. The rooms are large, the staff are exceptional, and the location doesn't get any better for downtown LA. The only problem I had was the lobby and elevators had an unpleasant aroma; it smelled like some kind of floral air freshener or cleaner and it triggered minor allergic reactions for my wife and I, but we could limit it by using the escalator to reach the second floor and then taking an elevator from there.

It's very expensive, no doubt, but you definitely get what you pay for. It's a great place to splurge if you're vacationing in downtown LA for a few days. That plus one of their spa treatments and you might never want to go home.

What can I say about this Majestic and Beautiful Hotel? The Ritz-Carlton has amazing service and elegance at every corner you look. You need a place to spend the night? Book and beautiful room. Bored? Sure, just walk anywhere from the Los Angeles Staples Center to Downtown Los Angeles in minutes. I honestly would prefer the Ritz-Carlton over any other place without hesitation. A 5 star review honestly won't do it for me. There are no words to describe the Magesty of The Ritz-Carlton. You have to see it to believe it.
