Like most GM dealers, they'd like to retire off of every deal. People like the ones at Shepherds are the reason I haven't bought GM vehicles for a very long time. Over priced junk quality cars pedaled by over cologned pushy commission salesmen.

I bought my last truck off Shepherds and JP Pitts was my salesman and what a salesman!!! Fair and honest. I got the deal of a lifetime. I have told my friends and they have had the same wonderful experience I had. The service department goes above and beyond to give you and my truck the best care. Now I just purchased my new 2016 Silverado LTZ Z71 Crew can I ordered my truck and what a great time. It came in the accessories were put on and the perma plate is something everyone should have. I would recommend Shepherds and JP to anyone and have. If you want to be treated like a person not a number go see JP.

The salesman and the Body Shop went above and beyond. I needed a window removed and resealed. The salesman(Darren) helped me out with a loaner. Bret from the Body Shop was spot on with the estimate and approximate repair time. The quality of the work and care for my vehicle was excellent. I am very impressed with how they treat customers.
