I booked a couple weeks in advanced with Hotels and got a great price. The room was amazing - 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, granite counters, full size fridge, stove top & oven, dishwasher, and all the cookware/silverware you could need. Front desk staff was very helpful and was able to quickly assist me with a couple of things that came up.

Showers were hot and the air conditioning worked without a hitch.

Within walking distance of Park City mountain resort and main street. Would definitely book again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodations. Small unit with small fridge, microwave and coffee. Nice larger soaking tub with extra shower head. Next to the main road so a bit noisy but very quiet inside, didn't hear any neighbors. Beautiful view

Really great location, not too expensive, very nice and clean rooms, only giving 3 stars because the fire alarm went off around 1:30 in the morning and it took them forever to turn it off and there were no fire alarm lights flashing or anything (at least not on the 4th floor) so we were unsure if that's what it even was. We went outside with a few people also staying in the 4th floor and after a while they turned them off so we went to the front desk to see why it went off and if we were okay to go back to our rooms. That was the only negative about staying here. Other than that the staff was great, and the bathrooms were clean and amazing! Beautiful view from the balcony, comfy beds!

This place was cute and the bed was cozy. BUT holy hell it was a literal maze. We got lost getting ice, looking for the lobby, trying to find our way to the lower parking garage and trying to find our friend's room 2 floors above us. There were no maps at the front desk and no employees there to help. Also, the shower head was broken. I would not stay here again.

I never review anything ever but I've been traveling from Florida and stayed in many hotels on the way and this one was hands down the worst, we stayed in 313-1 and the place just felt grimy. Then there was hair in the shower that didn't belong to neither my wife or myself but the best part was the shower was cold. In my whole life I've taken maybe a handful of cold showers but I can't believe I paid for this one.

The room was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath. BEAUTIFUL views of the balcony. There is no complimentary breakfast. These condos are mostly owner occupied. Room service has been outstanding along with the front desk. There is no salon service. A pool, sauna and hot tub are available. The sauna and hot tub are indoor, the pool is outdoors

My wife, my 2 year old and myself just checked out of the hotel today and as soon as we left the hotel and started driving back, we started noticing itchy spots on our skin which closely resemble bed bug bites or flea bites. This is very annoying and very disappointing. I had a bad feeling about the hotel as soon as we checked in but I decided to give it a chance. I definitely regret this decision. Our anniversary and my wife's birthday is now ruined.

Upon checking in as well, I did not feel a very welcoming attitude from the staff. The two ladies at the front desk on 16 Jun at 4 pm were not rude, but could be at least more welcoming. My wife called down to the front desk later than afternoon to ask about what time the rides shut down for my 2 year and was just pretty much told to google it.

If I was given a choice I would definitely would like to get my money back or part of it. My family will never come back to this place.

Beware future customers, bring some itch cream!

Great location for skiing. Rooms are clean and big. The service here is great. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after a long day of skiing.

The hotel was closer to the ski lifts than we thought. Just across the parking lot and then we were on the slopes! The rental company in the lobby was terrific. And the room was nice and clean. The bed was much softer than I prefer, but that didn't keep this from being a great trip.

This resort feels as if it was built a while ago but has been well maintained and updated. The layout feels mid-late 1900s (shorter ceilings narrower hallways and closed concept) while the finishes feel much more up to date. That said, the rooms were very clean and for the price we were very pleased.
