Clean, big room. There is a good restaurant together offering room service to the hotel. There isn't elevator to the second floor.

Upon checking in, the night clerk made me feel as if I was interrupting his personal time. The pillows were hard, uncomfortable and left me in pain as well as adversely affected my sleep. There was no conditioner for use on my hair in the shower. The breakfast was edible, though the sausage needed more of a crust. The bed was uncomfortable but not the reason I slept poorly.

We enjoyed our stay. Though we were here for just one night it was an overall positive experience. The building has a somewhat dated feel to it, but it was clean and held to a high standard. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also stayed there with our dog, and they made us all feel welcome.

This was the WORST STAY I have ever had. I checked in and went to bed. When I woke up in the morning the toilet was covered in urine from the previous guest. I went to take a shower and there was hair from someone shaving all over the soap holder, there was hair all over the shower. I guess they don't believe in cleaning their rooms. I told the front desk agent and she couldn't do anything. I was told the manager would contact me the next day. No one ever called me. I had to call their hotel 5 times. The assistant manager Heather was available on call #3, she said she would contact me. She never did. I called two more times and finally the manager answered. I expected a full refund due to the room not being cleaned. The manager refused and only refunded me $29 for the stay. I asked to meet with him in person and he refused to. This is unacceptable. I would NEVER STAY HERE IN MY LIFE!
