Excellent breakfast buffet that changes every day. Clean comfortable rooms with wardrobe for hanging up clothes, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board and iron as well as two sinks. Comfortable beds, couch, table and 2 chairs in each of the double queen rooms we were in. Would gladly stay here again.

Awesome staff rooms are huge comfy beds and the breakfast is to die for different every day. Fresh made everyday in site not some stupid microwave stuff. All if the good we ate was made fresh right there in the kitchen. I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you. You beat out all the other motels we've stayed at

The staff is amazing. Front desk greets with a smile and the buffet staff are great. The housekeepers ( forgot our housekeeper she had long black hair) and our room was beautiful. Made us dragonflies out of the towls which were amazing. Ill always stay here when in salt lake.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms..I spent 2 nights for my birthday weekend here cause its close to everything downtown. 2nd night we had our children with us and they were super fast with all of our accommodation requests like the crib and extra pillows. Relaxing big Jacuzzi in the room was nice and good hot Breakfast. No complaints. Thanks to security for dealing with my drunk friend the 1st night and being understanding.

Great room. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy but the pillows could have been a bit better. Just off the I15 which was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great impression at check in. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Even though the hotel was running at full capacity they were kind and not at all flustered. Clean comfortable room. Slept great in the bed. I only withhold 1star as it is time for a little refreshing of decor in hallways and rooms. That said, it wouldn't keep me from a return stay. The location is great for downtown SLC sights.

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious with a large tub and a sofa couch. It was close enough to walk our grab a short bike taxi to the Salt Lake Convention center. Close to fun restaurants like PF Chang's and walking distance to tracks.
The only things that were sub par were: a/c was okay, could have worked better; water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. At night it was a little better, but never really good. And checkout took forever, they were understaffed.
Other great things about the hotel: great breakfast, nice large Jacuzzi bathtub, fridge and microwave, comfy bed and pillows.response / report this review -

The sleeping arrangements were awesome. I slept super well. In fact, the whole room was way nice. The breakfast was also very good. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast food was all jumbled: the utensils were near the beginning and the milk was way before the rest of the drinks. Otherwise, the pool looks good, and everything was well worth the price.

My husband & I have made Crystal Inn our go to hotel for the past few years for our anniversary weekend. The hotel is located near the freeway & is close to e everything that locals or even out of towners would need. The service we received was fast, kind, & just an over all great experience. Our room was beautiful. The price for 1 night with a king bed & a jacuzzi was outstanding. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Crystal Inn.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. Probably one of the best free breakfasts I have ever had. The concierge was very helpful. Rooms were spotless and the price was great.

We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suited and lived it alot! The rooms were clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was great! The breakfast in the morning had eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Overall we had a great time staying here!

This hotel is in a convenient location in downtown Salt Lake City. It has a nice shop in the lobby that sells drinks and snacks and other necessities. There are multiple elevators situated throughout the hotel which is convenient. The hotel is a little dated, but clean. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable bed, clean, nice bathroom, great view , quiet,easy access to eating places, nice, hot breakfast choices and the staff and room attendants were terrific. Really appreciated the courtesy shuttle to the Children's Hospital, since our small granddaughter had surgery. (A bit brighter bathroom light would be icing on the cake! ) thanks to all for a super place to stay! Hope to return someday

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are so nice for relaxing, and the breakfasts were DELICIOUS! I would have given a 4 1/2 if it were possible. Not a 5 because of a couple small issues not worth mentioning as they were easily resolved. :)
