We stayed in a suite. We are a gold member with Hilton. That means many stays per year. Normally this guarantees extra attention to details by the Hotel. There was only 1 robe in the room. We called each day for 3 days for extra robes. They never arrived. We also requested extra towels. They never arrived. We finally went to the pool for extras. We had Free breakfast coupons. After we finished eating we were given a bill for 8 dollars each and inly
Came to the hotel for a company Christmas party in one of the great rooms. The staff were helpful. We didn't stay overnight but the interior is welcoming and decorative. The parking structure is clean and lots of room easy signs and offers validations. The food was catered. The mashed potatoes were dry and had no gravy. The chicken and other parts were good. The cheesecake was fabulous.
The service was great! My company had a holiday luncheon here. The hotel was nice. A lot of parking was available. Overall I feel like it was a wonderful experience
They have nice rooms here. My biggest complaint. You have to pay for parking. If you self park it's $18 per night if you use valet. It's $24 per night. This is on top of the price for your room. There is very little street parking in the area around the location. Don't think I will come beck again.
Lobby and staff are fantastic. Rooms are nothing to wrote home about. You can see the wear and tear of the years on the furniture. Pillows were hard and flat. Bed was normal. Great location right downtown
Very clean and friendly staff. Has a beautiful pool and two workout rooms. Being here for a conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center it is so convenient that the Hilton is only a 3-5 minute walk away so it is easy to roll out of bed and get straight to business. Definitely would recommend!
Stayed here for a convention. Pool, hot tub, buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant or room service is available. Parking is available for $18/day. Good location downtown. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and accomodating for a room with a view. Staff was courteous. Room quality not quite up to a Hilton standard. Good, but not great, no frills. Basic needs met, but not impressed.
The lobby is exquisite. Rooms are a bit compact but comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. One minor complaint - in my family's room the furnace was extremely loud - enough to rattle the floor every hour. Definitely not restful. Great location though.
This is a beautiful hotel with large spacious rooms and beautiful decorations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've lived my stays here. The hotel restaurant (Spencer's) had amazing food and great service. The hotel is convenient to convention centers, shopping, and dining in the downtown area. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Salt Lake.
The Hilton Salt Lake City Center was excellent. The service was great and always helpful. The location was right around the corner from where I needed to go for my professional event. However, it is maybe a 20ish minute walk to the City Library, which is where a gorgeous view of the city is, on the rooftop. The rooms were spacious and clean, although one of my colleagues mentioned that the water drainage was slow when taking a shower, but nobody else had that problem.
Great staff everyone was really friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the room service was exceptional. It's a few minute walk from the Temple which was great. Will definitely be back next year.
We went their for a breakfast meeting. It was a very pleasant experience. The meal was good. But the usual hassles of parking and logistics seemed to be alleviated by a very helpful staff from the parking area to the staff in the meeting room itself they seemed to do all they could to make it flow smoothly. I was very impressed!
Great stay. Very nice, professional courteous staff. The internet double booked us, so the staff upgraded us to an executive suite. Very comfortable room/bed. Quaint little continental breakfast. Good location.
I was there for a professional event and despite it being an extremely busy weekend for them with March Madness games and Comic Con it felt like we were the only event there. I know that we weren't because I saw the Gonzaga basketball team lining up to eat in one of the ballrooms, but the Hilton staff did such a great job with the food, clean up and general helpfulness. I am the kind of person that feels nervous to ask a question, but every time I did the staff made me feel comfortable with their kindness. Our event captain was great. He was very involved and checked in with us frequently to see if there was anything extra we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!
