Historic building, beautifully restored, with easy access to all downtown Salt Lake has to offer. Staff was great too. Would definitely visit again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASSLE NOTHING NEW OR SPECIAL HERE! DARK ROOMS, SAW A BED BUG AT NIGHT! HEATER WAS BROKEN BLEW COLD AIR ALL NIGHT! SQUEAKY BATHROOM DOOR. NO HEATER VENT INSIDE Freezing bathroom tile floor. MY CHILDREN AND I didn't sleep at all!. I will never be sleeping there again! YOU'RE better off going to a Hiltion, or a well know chain.

I go to Salt Lake Comic Con every year and I usually stay at the Peery. Their staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and their rates are usually the lowest in downtown SLC. If you're staying here, I recommend going with their valet parking instead of using the public parking that's connected to the hotel. Valet parking is cheaper and they take care of your car. Don't forget to tip the valet.

Great historic hotel in downtown Salt Lake! We had a king suite and there was plenty of room for my wife and I. It had a nice sitting area with two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The wifi worked better than in most hotels! Parking is self park @ $12 or $15 for valet. We chose the valet option. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

20th century charm with 21st century upgrades. Very nice hotel. Feels very unique. Very much NOT like a chain hotel. Small, but nice rooms. Grand entry and staircase. Stay here if you are looking for something classy and un-chain-like.

This was a beautiful hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, my only complaint would be the shower is very small and you either have to get a spot on the street for free on the weekend, which is not always easy to find, or pay 12.00 for 24 hours in a paid parking area. Other than that we had a great experience there. The breakfast offered at a discount price was delicious.

This is a cute little hotel with a fun antique feel. The location is awesome. It is within walking distance of some great restaurants and the Trax station so most of downtown is easily accessible.

Attended a professional event. Catered food from the restaurant next door that was good. Clean bathrooms. Close and cheap parking. Close to many fun spots downtown

Lovely old hotel. Great room and huge bathroom. Totally modernized. First class in most respects. Loved staying here, as the location is perfect. Misses five stars because of additional parking fees ($12.00 per night), some cracked windows in our room, and no rubber mat in a very slippery bathtub/shower.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I have been to two events at the hotel. Both times in different beautiful rooms. The food and service was excellent. I would highly recommend others to host events here.

This hotel is an old, historic building that has been updated into a hotel. It is BEAUTIFUL! The rooms are small, but gorgeously decorated.

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon after our wedding. It was a great deal and we loved the hotel - it's right in the middle of downtown and it was easy and fun to walk to many locations in downtown Salt Lake. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are great. The mattresses and beds were my favorite part - the beds are so luxurious and comfortable. I never wanted to get out of bed in the morning! They have an exercise room on site which was nice. The only downside was our bathroom was very small!! We understand the hotel is an historic building, which is one reason we loved it so much. So keep in mind they are dealing with minimum amount of space with their rooms and especially with their bathrooms. If you are a tall person, you may find it hard to use the toilet ha ha. Other than that, we loved our stay here and the next time we are looking for a staycation, will return to the Peery in a heartbeat!

John surprised me last night with dinner and a romantic overnight at the Historic Peery Hotel built 1910. He knows I love historical stuff. 😀 Peery Hotel is also most haunted places in Utah! Which the 3 floor on which we were on has most activity. As we were walking down the hall I asked if it was haunted. At that exact moment John touched a light fixture and was shocked. Spilling his coffee down his whole front. Yup! It is!!! 👻
