Wilfredo was not only prompt for the appointment, but he diagnosed the problem quickly. Then he replaced the parts quickly and finished the repairs in a very short time frame. Have not had any more garage door problems since the repair work was done. Very satisfied customer.

The technician sent to fix the garage door remote was friendly, courteous and found the issue quickly. It ended up being a simple repair versus a replacement of the wall mounted remote thanks to his knowledge and experience, another company misdiagnosed the issue previously. Thank you to the kind technician for the fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend this company and their knowledgeable staff. Dispatcher was rude through, cut me off and was very short. Fire her.

First off let me say job well done!!! Alex was great! Very communicative, very efficient and very knowledgeable. He replaced everything from the garage rails, the rollers and the new door within 2 1/2 hours. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for the everything. The technician arrived on time and had all of the necessary parts to repair my garage door.They responded and scheduled the service for the next day. I appreciated that greatly. I didn't have the inconvenience of a non working door for more than one night! He was friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with door. He was finished in a timely fashion and took all debris with him. The entire process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again if the need arrives,
