I worked with Nancy at J. Ellis. I have a bankruptcy on my record, so a lot of places didn’t want to rent to me. I walked in without an appointment at around 4:00 pm in desperate need of a place to stay after my original plans fell through. By 10:00 am the next morning, Nancy provided the contact information for gorgeous, safe, and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood that was within my price range and had everything I wanted. Tiffany was amazing! We were struggling to find an apartment with background and credit problems. After multiple denied applications we found j.ellis and began working with Tiffany. She worked hard non stop finding and contacting apartments that were able to work with our situation. She found us a beautiful apartment and I great area that not only within our budget but in a safe community and was willing to work with our background! We are so excited to be moving into our new home this weekend! Thank you so much Tiffany for all you have done for us! 10/10 recommend and will use again if needed.
