I had to have a specific key made that no homedepot, lows, or self-serve key kiosk could provide for me. They helped me and made me two keys in literally 1 minute. I very much appreciate their help. The man at the counter wasn’t the most friendly (he was not rude at all, just not talkative or smiley) but that doesn’t bother me at all. I wanted to get it, get my keys, and leave.

I came to get 2 locks re-keyed and was promptly helped. Both staff members assisted me and delivered on time. 1 of my locks was rusted out beyond repair, (which they told me up front), so once the replacement arrives, I will be returning to have the same service completed. I highly recommend this business and will return when I am ready to purchase a safe.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take advantage of the situation and over charge you! They charged me $275 just to unlock my driver door with a total coming to $330. absolutely ridiculous! I have tried to talk to the manager for the past 4 days now about the situation to get some clarity on how that is a reasonable price and he is always in "meetings" so you can't get ahold of him or a call back. They hardly speak any English and don't have set prices for their services so they make it up as they go and like I said take advantage of your situation and over charge you!! DO NOT USE THEM go somewhere more reasonable!!!

I absolutely love the Frisco location! They are always so genuine and respectful! It’s easy and quick in there every time! I own a business so changing locks and keys all the time and they are always more than happy to help me!!!!!

I went in there for help selecting the right safe for me and to buy one. The guy behind the counter was so into his computer he could care less that I was ready to spend money and he blew me off with a condescending attitude and never even got out of his chair. All he had to do was stand up and show me some product and I would have bought. But I guess he didn’t need to be bothered with having to work.

Called yesterday to get a quote about reprogramming a key fob. Showed up the next day paid the amount quoted and walked away with a programmed remote within 5 minutes. I would recommend this location highly.

Robert and his team are top-notch. From ordering to fulfillment they have a great team of folks that really know what they are doing and more importantly care about the customer and customer experience. I had my item delivered today and the guys that delivered were exceptional! They clearly knew what they were doing and were polite and patient with the installation. Nothing was overlooked.

Great experience.

Got key fob reprogrammed and cut so fast could not believe it. Maybe 5-10 min tops.

Then due to great selection of specialty keys got a few extra house keys made. Not sure where else has all the NFL keys but was able to get a Chicago bears key here in Texas.

Great people,easy to talk due and just very impressed overall with my experience.

Great service, fair prices. I brought in a remote access key fob for my car that I had purchased online. A-1 was happy to program it for me and it took minutes. I appreciated that they didn't require me to purchase the new fob through them!

Love A-1 locksmith, they always go above and beyond with our safe needs. I have some Liberty Safes and they work great. Make sure you get the keypad and LED lights inside. We have bought and had them install multiple safes in our homes and offices. Their install crews are so courteous and professional. If you need a safe in Dfw, buy from them!!
