Horrible Horrible Horrible! Avoid purchasing a car through this dealership. Pushy and shady. Swapped out my rims and tires while I was in the office signing. Battery probably too because it died 2 months after I bought it when the car had 8k on it. Took over 3 Months to get all my paper work, plate, and tags from the dealership and after numerous calls, visits, and acting crazy finally got them. Horrible Customer Service. I will never be back and I wish they would stop sending me mail because it only brings back memories of the worst car experience ever! Like I would every purchase any kind of service package from you, I haven't stepped a foot back on that lot since I left.

Absolutely terrible customer service. In 41 years of living I have never witnessed someone as unprofessional as Duane Davis the general manager. He ridiculed and insulted me. Told me he flat out didn't care about the work his shop performed and it wasn't in problem. He is a general manager who acts 14 years old.

If you want pushy salesmen - they have them. If you want non-existent customer service they have it. If you want terrible repair service - they have it. If you have a problem with service performed - they won't care.

I would never in my life would trust Seelye-Wright of Kalamazoo to work on any vehicle, yet alone buy one from them.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF SHOPS IN KALAMAZOO WITH GOOD PEOPLE.

Had a problem while driving so we stopped there to get it fixed. Fast, friendly service. An amazing experience due to a service employee named Shane. I approve of this place.
