Excellent service and great price. Thanks for work well done!
Steve the owner is awesome. hooked me up. My truck sounding great!!!
Amazing place to go.!!! Awesome service!!!
Don't know why they call it four star it's definitely a five star great service I will take all my Automotive needs to them from now on.
This place charged me $100 to cut off 2 bolts and replaced them at the flange. Said they replaced my exhaust hanger and fixed the hole in the pipe, they did not.
Tried to sell me a $500+ dollar exhaust for a 20 year old wrangler. Then got pissed when i told him there was nothing wrong with the pipe or muffler.
Will not recommend them to anyone.
Missing hanger and holestill in the pipe
They are very honest and trust worthy. They showed me my issue and gave me a few different options for my repair. Highly recommended!
Great service and competitive pricing. Guys are helpful and honest!
If you need any kind of exhaust work done do yourself a favor and go to four star. They do the work right and they don't overcharge. Look for a 15% coupon in the battle creek shopping for some extra savings.
Quality work done by quality people at competitive prices. I've taken my vehicles here exclusively for the last few years and even convinced several others to do the same. The one time a repair wasn't done to my satisfaction, Four Star went above and beyond to make it right.
I don't typically write reviews and generally chalk up bad experiences to someone having a bad day (we're all human after all.) Though after seeing some of the other reviews, there seems to be a trend and I thought I would add my experience.
I've only been to Four Star once before to patch my muffler and had a typical auto shop experience. This last time I called and asked if I could have my break pads changed, he gave me a quote over the phone and I took my car in the next day. I dropped off my keys and a set of front and rear pads to the receptionist and went on my way.
I got a call almost an hour after they said the job would be done saying my FRONT brakes were finished. I inquired as to why they only changed the front pads, as I wanted all of them done (clearly some kind of miscommunication, though neither of us clarified front pads over the phone nor did I receive a paper estimate showing only the front breaks would be done) and through the receiver I hear Steve in the background exclaiming that hes "tired of people pulling this sh*t!"
I go into the shop and get my keys from the receptionist saying I was sorry for the communication but I really thought all my pads were going to be changed. Steve comes out of the back very upset saying that I'm trying to play games with him when hes already done all the hard work. I told him that neither of us specified front brakes and I just assumed they would all be changed but that I was happy to pay and come back another time. This is when he told me that he wanted nothing to do with my business and my awful car and told me to get out of his shop.
Definitely not a pleasant experience.
I called them in a panic when my car broke down and they got a opening first thing the next morning. They even had a great guy to tow my car to their shop. I called them numerous times to check on my car and they were so friendly and understanding. The guy who owns the shop looked around for a cheaper part for my car so I wouldn't have to spend $1000 on it. They had a sweet older man pick me up so I wouldn't have to walk. Even the lady who took my payment was so sweet to me! I never would've thought a car shop would have such helpful and kind people, so, so thankful they took such great care of my car. Will continue to trust them whenever I have any issues with my car. Thank you guys so much!
