I had a good expirence at PAC of Kalamazoo. The employees are very helpful. They helped me find everything I needed in a timely fashion. They gave me a student dicount, which was pretty cool. They have a large selection of scrubs to choose from. I will definetly come here again in the future.

I found online and in the yellow pages that this store does embroidery. I took the material to the store. Picked my design and lettering along with thread color from the catalog they gave me. The material was sent to Grand Rapids to be done. A week later I was told the design was no longer available. I picked another design. I then was told the lett er size was not standard and the price that I prepaid was incorrect and I would be charged more. I agreed and was then told they really dont do this type of thing. But just the scrubs that they sell. Very unproffesional, very unhappy. Very poorly run business.
