Awful, When I checked out my cashier was in a foul mood. I said hi first then asked her if she was having a good day. She answered not really.
Normaly I dont respond but my husband has stage 4 cancer and she could not tell by my smile or speaking to her.

My favorite place to shop. The staff is very friendly

Alexis in the makeup area is awesome!!! I don't know very much about makeup and it really intimidates me. I've been to Macy's and jc penny but the sales people usually ignore me and I'm too nervous to explain that I don't know what I'm looking for. Alexis was very warm and approachable. She helped me with my lips and I'm coming back to see her again.

Dirty store. Congested racks. Have to look hard to find a good deal. Kohls is good only when they give Kohls cash. Employees always seem stressed out

Shopping experience here is interesting. I find long lines here all year round, there are usually piles of disheveled merchandise everywhere that need to be sorted and put away. Workers are usually friendly and helpful, and if you shop the clearance racks and get lucky enough to find your size you can get some killer deals on clothes!
