  dont care about their employees. you must play "politics" to get anywhere here. Fabrication area in particular this is true. layoffs for temps happen suddenly and without warning. Full time employees get fired just because management doesnt like you. and trust me, if they dont like you, they find a way to fire you!! if your looking for a job, stay away from here!!

  I do not like them i was recently fired for somthing that completely was not my fault regarding my points i was being told different thinga by different people including my 3rd shift supervisor resulting in me being fired no one tried resolving then reason i was being told different things one of the hr receptionist hung up in my face while i was tryin to explain the situation another manager was very rude in how he talked to me when i came in to discuss it with someone to see if there was anyway i can fix it i dont think they care about there employees as much as they make it seem in orientation

  They are not as caring for their employers as it seems. My fiance was just fired because they are not doing their he was told different things by different people and was fired flfor going off what he was told no one took the time to see if what was saying was true or not and they are very rude at the Portage MI facility
