I've only been inside the lobby to escape the rain and when I went to the 5000 jack-o-lanterns exhibit. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building was clean and well kept. Lovely experience.

Really nice setting with responsive staff. The rooms were nice and spacious and met the needs of our conference. There were some problems with the av, but that may have been user error. The room temperature switched between comfortable and very cold quickly and often. Overall, though, the experience was great. The location is also great!

I went with my wife to a work event. We were in the ballroom and the service was great. The DJ was good. The appetizers that floated before the award ceremony we're great tasting. Though if they wanted more people to dip them they should have provided tooth picks in them or small containers of sauce. Overall service was great. Dinner was good but the kimchi on our entree was more like pickled cucumbers and some cabbage. Not fermented. However we had lots of fun. Great place for a large work event.

For a professional event. The chef staff along with waiting staff, bar staff, and support staff were all incredibly professional and diligent. Ready to answer questions if needed, fulfill guests requests or needs, and we're always there. Great presence by the presenters at the hotel. Venue itself was appropriately modern, with thorough amounts of technology for lighting and PA etc. The food provided was incredibly high quality, fresh, and served by the aforementioned great staff. I plan to return for longer next year.

I was there for an evening gala. Food was good and service was also good Until the end. After dessert was served, the wait staff was nowhere to be found. Completely disappeared. I would have not only liked my dirty dishes removed for the remainder of the night, butI would have also lined to have had some more coffee. I was disappointed in this. Other than that, was good. I consider it fairly average to others at this scale.
