Hotel was good for a reasonable price. Stayed here for a work trip while putting a sign up in the South Bay Center. We had an issue with our crane being gone through overnight. Also found it weird when the manager informed us that there are no outside video cameras on the premises. The breakfast was ok as best, nothing special. However, the room was in good shape and the housekeeping staff kept it clean.

3.5 stars, still a decent value for the money. Choose to DT and Airport, and they have an airport shuttle. Top floor had a scent of smoke the whole two days. Nice bed, loud AC/Heater which was not easy to control. Good breakfast and friendly hotel staff. Desk should be placed away from the AC!

Great value hotel. Room was spacious with microwave, kettle and fridge. Gym had the right equipment and in working condition too. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn so if you have visited one before you can expect the same. The hotel allows the use of the swimming pool and hot tub at the next door Marriott. Hot tub was piping hot and a good way to unwind. There is a huge retail park behind the hotel and the train station is easily walkable approx 10 minutes for the red line. Staff were all lovely and friendly.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and I like it. It’s just outside of the city so it’s easy to stay here, park, and then take the T. The Andrew Square T stop is a couple blocks away, so very convenient. The staff is super nice and accommodating. They’ve let me keep my car parked in the lot after checkout which has been great, especially when errands take a little longer than expected.
I think they are slowly renovating rooms. I’ve mostly stayed on the first floor and the rooms are very nice. This last time I was on the third floor and the room seemed a little more outdated. There was some old wall paper and water stains. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay if you’re in Bostonresponse / report this review -

Great hotel rooms were a bit small but if you're not spending much time at the hotel you should be fine. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Used the in-house laundry. It was $2.50 for the washer and same for the dryer. Facilities were very clean and there was even a folding table. Business centre and fitness area were away from distraction and looked clean.

Very clean despite the construction they are undergoing. Nice breakfast. Easy access to the mall next door and nice shuttle to the airport.

The staff at the front desk Gina and the other lady on 9/5/17 absolutely made our day. They were extremely kind and sweet. The rooms may not have been 5 star worthy but they were clean and the customer service is what brings this experience to be so great.

Great place for just one night, we arrived very late that night. 2AM maybe from the airport, and settled in around 3am. Woke up to a very good continental breakfast. Offerings were good I remember, cinnamon rolls are the BEST!! Omelettes are also tasty!! They were slightly watery tho but were overall a 3.5/5. One star was taken off because of no swimming pool.

The hotel itself isn't too bad. Standard hotel of its class. Clean rooms, free breakfast, fruit water in the lobby. The problem is that it's hard to find. Google maps doesn't get you here, so you have to cut through a parking lot of best buy and go around back and that's kinda shady. Plus, the hotel is under construction, so the front is non existent and they've got their parking half blocked off and only one door to go into (around back). It's very near a bus stop, and half a mile from the subway.response / report this review -

Had a room available at 4am after my little one was discharged from the ER. Very friendly and helpful staff, let us know about the complimentary breakfast and that coffee is always available. The breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon buns. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The only thing I wish they had available was a type of pantry in the lobby to purchase things to make in the microwave.

We got the top floor, the sixth floor. It was a pretty fancy hotel, had most things someone would need. The service was great, but at times a bit slow. The continental breakfast was good too, but could be worked on. Solid experience

Purchased park and fly package, only stayed one night. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were standard, but felt old and stuffy. Smelled like it had been a smoking room in the past, and had been painted over, but not fresh and clean like you hope for in a hotel room. Bedding, etc were clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport left on time and got to airport quickly, dropped us off at the departure gate for your airline. No serious complaints give the reasonable cost. One way road made it confusing with how to get to entrance, you have to cut through South Bay Shopping Center to get to parking lot.

This is a holiday inn express, no more no less. Yes the decor is dated, but are you going to be hanging out in your room? It was clean, I didn't hear the neighbors, staff was helpful, and it had an airport for $5. Bonus points for having a nice mattress & tons of pillows.
Don't expect a 5 star resort & you'll be fine.response / report this review
