Great location and great hotel.. Although I would not spend extra for the city view next time. The parking is the tricky part. If you can find a spot to park cheap and close, then it is a great place to stay.

This hotel might not have the best view from the hotel room windows but it could not be located in a better place of the city. If in need for a hospital, Tufts Medical Center is located directly across the street (seeing distance). If it is entertainment you seek, there are friendly bars and a few nightclubs to pass the night away. Many cuisines are located a short walk away from the hotel (5-10 minute walk). Boston's Chinatown setting welcomes you as you make your way into the Downtown area and whether it is to shop or to visit historic sites and structures, DoubleTree Boston hotel is perfectly placed for all endeavors.

..warm cookies on point! Very nice hotel, big rooms. We had included breakfast buffet every morning and it was very good. It is right near China Town but if you don't mind walking it's not far from north Boston.

This hotel is very good and in excellent location. Everything is nearby and in a walkable distance. The rooms are big and ambience. The staff was very great and charm. Thanks a lot to them to make my stay comfortable.

Very convenient being next to a subway stop. Lots of great food around in Chinatown and only a little further for the rest of Boston. The hotel staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. The fire alarm went off at 3am that night. But otherwise the experience was great.

Location is great. I like the 1.4 mile walk to the convention center. The room is huge and the front desk was very nice to me. I came in long before check in and I was able to sign up for Hilton Honors to get access to my room early. Would definitely stay here again. Will be trying out the ffitness center next.

The Doubletree is in a fabulous location if you want to explore the wonders of downtown Boston. When we checked in the nice person at the attendants desk was knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. What a nice touch. Again when we got back to the hotel after a day of walking the city we were given more cookies. Very delicious! The pillows are very comfortable as are the beds. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It is also extremely close to the train station so it's easy to get here without driving.

Service wise wasn't bad. There was one person at the front desk when I was last inside the hotel. She asked if I need help. She gave me directions. Simple and direct which is good. I was there for an event for work. I also notice that there was a lounge area but did not get a chance to sit and use. I wouldn't mind going back here for another work event.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Friendly service from the reception. Our check in was for 3.00 pm but our room was not ready for another twenty minutes. Nice modern clean rooms and great location for things to do in Boston.
Four stars is for the noise we experienced from outside the hotel at 2.00 to 3.00 am . Not the hotels fault but room 219 backs onto a street that was not good for a sound nights sleep. Arguments and motorbike racing all night.response / report this review -

Pretty good location - plenty of restaurants and I felt safe walking around (I don't do much of the touristy things so that's all I really care about). The rooms are nice, two minor complaints though: beds are super soft so it's a little tough to get comfy if you like firm mattresses and the toilet paper in the bathroom is in a really awkward spot behind you. The service is awesome. I'm on a work trip and got charged the full price of the stay but my manager was able to call and have the charges transferred over. They also gave me cookies which are amazing!

Stopped by to get a drink before the show at the bar. Bar tender was friendly and quick with service and the drinks were good. Prices are a bit on the high end as you would expect with a hotel bar. Overall, nothing special but good for a quick drink.

So different and hip compared to other Hiltons I have seen. This theme is a little more laid back, yet just as classy! I was so hungry when I got there. I also had to pee like a madman.but the content lovely Lady gave me an instant bathroom key and TWO COOKIES! Love at first Vibe. Spacious and gracious. Definitely feel safe in the city, considering Tufts is DIRECTLY across the street! Not only that, Enterprise has a wonderful partnership with The Trees if you have the itch to explore The Bean. Family friendly, but there is definitely enough private space if you want to host your own little VIP 🎉 section. Check out is worth it.
