The hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle. The drivers are really nice and will help you with heavy bags. The hotel is currently remodeling. The rooms were clean but a bit aged. The view of the airport is nice and I would definitely come back here if I need a place close to the airport.
Very nice hotel with a beautiful harbor view. Very close to Logan airport. They had a free shuttle to pick us up. The concierge was very nice and held our bags for free so that we may roam the city during our layover. The Room was excellent with a large screen TV. The water taxi is located directly behind the hotel for quick access across the harbor. The restaurant and bar was very beautiful and also with an amazing harbor view. The food was very good, but slightly over priced. I would definitely return to this hotel again.
Magnificent Hotel overlooking Boston Harbor. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Love the restaurant. The view from our 5th floor room of the harbor was breathtaking enough to keep me up half the night. The bed was comfortable enough to oversleep in the morning. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone who wants a memorable experience.
The views are spectacular of Boston Harbor, great waterfront walk, water taxi available out the back door, brunch was worth every penny of the $26, room was comfortable would have liked a fridge. Service was FANTASTIC from check in to check out from all staff members. Ere very accommodating with my dog. Great dog walk area and friendly guests. Highly recommend!!!
Very nice hotel, food was decent but not incredible. Meeting too. Was very nice. Room was quite nice but no desk for doing work. Which is odd given it's at the airport. And for the crazy amount of money this place was you don't even get breakfast. For this kind of money there should have been a hot breakfast buffet or something.
My husband and I had breakfast/brunch after dropping off a friend at the airport. The brunch was wonderful, its 24 dollars per person which may seem like a lot but the quality of the food and the AMAZING view of the harbor (we sat outside) made it totally worth it. It wasn't crowded and made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles and frenchtoast are all included so you never have to sorry about how long something sat on the warmer. The service was also great!! The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 3 is because I hate that I had to wait in line for 20 minutes after breakfast at the concierge desk to PAY for parking. First of all after spending 60 plus dollars on food in their establishment, I should not be paying for parking. Second of all in order to pay $5 instead of 13-30 you need to get your parking validated at the concierge, because no other person at the hotel can validate parking, not the front desk, not the parking attendant, nobody else. So I had to wait 20 minutes behind tourists needing directions. No exaggeration. Because of that I probably won't go back.
Very well situated with respect to proximity to airport and also views of the harbor. Shuttle service to airport and Blue Line. Water taxi stop out back. Patio with fire pits. Nice sunsets. Beds are a bit firm. Rooms look newly renovated and are clean.
Very nice view of Logan international airport and harbour side from the hotel.. You have a harbour walk which is a private property of the hotel and it's amazing to take a morning walk.I asked for a microwave as I am a pure vegetarian and the hotel staff were kind enough to provide me one Water taxis are available from the hotel to the down town.

I come to the Hyatt 1-3 times a year to assist in professional workshops in coaching. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, put service first and always make us feel a priority. Many of them remember me (and I, them) which contributes to their value to the Hyatt. The view is wonderful and being outside during lunch is a great opportunity. The downside is that you have no other easy options if you want to get off the property and I find it expensive (in fairness all of Boston is).

Everything at the hotel itself was great. Rooms are modern and harbor view room was amazing. Well worth the extra dough. Water taxi takes you in a beautiful trip across the harbor. One minor compliant that caused us a major headache. They really need to do a better job of communicating where the shuttles pick you up at the airport. There is a giant sign that says "hotel shuttles." Don't stand there. No hotel shuttles will come. You will wait for an hour and make multiple confused phone calls to the hotel at 2 am until you finally figure out the issue.
A little tough to find through Logan airport roads. But once there pay parking was easy with validation offered. Lobby was small but the staff was very accommodating. My event was outside under their tent. The sound system snore than adequate for the speakers. Superb views of Boston skyline. Food was excellent and service was good. Again the staff was scent helpful doing validation for the whole business group who left simultaneously. What could have been a long wait went very quickly. One of the staff even came out to the lot to hold poem the gate and show quick exit from the lot.
Beautiful views! Went for a wedding at sunset. Had a brief chance to walk the grounds because the concierge sent us outside. It was held inside due to weather. Hosts and management were friendly and courteous. Wait staff was great, but the bar tender did appear to get upset with the situation at one point (He had a heated exchange with someone shortly before last call was determined). Food was good, but the standout was a chicken skewer with plantain and pepper. Parking is very pricey, but they offered a discounted rate for the wedding party. $13 for the first hour is a little steep.
A great hotel. From the moment that the doors open in the lobby it is clear that the staff here are there to help. We were immediately greeted with a warm hello from the concierge and then directed to the check in desk. Everybody seemed to be enjoying work and happy to help in any way they could. The crown in the jewel of this hotel is the views over the water. Wow. Would happily stay here in the future.

I personally haven't stayed at this hotel, but their staff is wonderful to work with. Their room service/F&B team made it so easy for me to send a gift to a client who was staying at their hotel. It is a small interaction, but it speaks volumes when a team can effectively communicate, take ownership and get things done. If I'm ever in Boston, I'll definitely be staying here!
