I had a great time with sea breeze the owner he was awesome anything we need him and his staff was on it! It was a quiet and a great place for you and your family clean rooms big TV and the best thing is you can fish right outside your door! Sun set was so beautiful the sun set you can see from the parking lot over all one of the best places in fort Walton Beach Florida so go see them they are awesome!

Absolutely loved the room. Got a great feeling as soon as we walked in the front desk. Staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved that they joked around with us when we first came in. Great place to stay while visiting. Will stop by here again. Thank you Seabreeze Inn for such a great experience.

It appears that this place has semi-permanent residents who are "down on their luck", but they just look like bums. Staff is extremely rude, they don't tell you until you check in that you need another $200+ security deposit. If you don't have it you can't check in and your money won't be refunded. The family who checked in ahead of us didn't have the extra money and the owner wouldn't refund their initial money because they didn't cancel far enough ahead. They left with crying kids and no money to stay anywhere else. The property is littered with trash & cigarette butts. The view is of a boat rental place on the way behind it. The rooms were dismal and could have been cleaner. We took showers because we didn't trust the tub cleanliness.
There are better places to stay, and it's worth an extra $25-50 to book a room in a nicer place.

Rooms are newly renovated and the management is very friendly. The front desk was under construction, so it should look good by March 2018. Stayed here 4 nights, I recommend staying here for the money. It's a ten minute jog from Destin and all the touristy restaurants. The internet speeds were consistently double digits.

No problems at check in/out. We were greeted niceley. Room was ready and clean. Nice view of the bay. Elevator and ice machine are provided. Stayed 5 nights with no problemos. Texas gives it the thumbs up

This Motel was recently remodeled. The new rooms have new beds, carpet, fresh decorate paint, new sinks and 50 inch HD-TV. They are priced very reasonably. It has a nice view of the bay. I have stayed here several times with my wife.

If I could rate this place -3 stars I would. My family checked into our room and got comfortable, when my brother went to climb into bed (a bed that was made and appears to be clean) he realized the bed was wet upon further inspection we realized there was urine in the bed. We also realized that the blinds were broken and couldn't close, the toilet paper holder was broken, and bathroom door was unable to be fully closed. What makes it worse is that this was the best and most expensive room they have. So when we complained the owner cussed me out and told my family to leave immediately. How is it our fault that there was piss in the bed??? The building is falling apart, there are cigarettes all over the ground out side the building, the owners are trash and the rooms are atrocious. But hey I guess you get what you pay for right? Just a little price of advice, you'd be much better off taking your money and throwing it in the trash than giving it to this place.

The Seabreeze is a cozy place. The rooms are clean and seem newly updated. The beds are new and comfortable, and the rooms all have new flat screen tv's in them. The bathrooms are new and clean to. There is no pool here but it's only a few minute drive to the beach. All and all it's a pretty nice place at a good price, definitely worth a look. I will be back.

For the price, wonderful! Never judge a book by its cover. Most of the hotel chains I usually stay at , had rates 300-630 for the 4th weekend. Even a Hampton was 279 a night. So when I saw this rate I just knew it would be bad. But, something said, look them up. And I was pleasantly surprised!!! So glad I gave them a try. Microwave and fridge so I could warm up food for my kids. Great View, and remodeled room. Looks like, they are trying to renovate and bring it back. I always complain when things are wrong so I definitely want to give credit where it's due.

The rooms have clearly been updated. They might have used a little more attention to detail in a few spots, but for the nightly rate I felt they were a great deal. What is lacking here is parking. I don't know how they will fix that, but it really needs to be looked into. The check-in process could also use a little work. Usually it is quick and easy when I use certain online booking options, but Seabreeze made it feel like they never heard of me and everything needed to be done from scratch.

Rooms are fine. It's hard to find parking at night. I suggest assign 1 parking space with the room number on it. And laundry room Need major upgrades. But so far all is good. And will come back in near future.

Bad reviews on Google are for either older management or from the time hotel was being renovated. This makes it a hidden gem asRecently renovated, great clean rooms and that too at reasonable prices. Close to the good beaches and a lot of restaurants in the area. Some part of the renovation is still going on but it is mostly outer finishing and doesn't affect rooms. Owners are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
