the service was fast and the waiting accommodations were nice. there was hot beverages and snack bars to eat and drink ,the seats were comfortable and there was a nice big tv to watch that made the time fly by. They always wash my truck so it is nice and clean when i drive away.

My first experience for a oil change, tire rotation, etc. with the Service Department was exceptional. The tech shared there was a piece of metal in the driver's side rear tire sidewall, so a new tire was needed. That additional process only added a few minutes. I am very grateful for their thorough service. Schumacher Service Department "Rocks"! Thank you!

Today I enjoyed a wonderful experience at Palm Beach GMC Schumacher. I was turning in a leased vehicle which I truly hated departing with after I had enjoyed three problem free years. Much to my delight the return process was quick and efficiently handled by Joe Murphy. His level of professionalism and courtesy are a true asset to the GMC dealership. The process was so well handled that Joe Murphy had me in and out within 20 minutes. If anyone is ever in search of a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest salesman I highly recommend Joe Murphy. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Elijah Coker on the used car department. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and attended. I was very peculiar on the vehicle I wanted. All the time we worked on the purchase negotiation I felt respected and my interests acknowledged by staff. We had to work several details during the transaction and at all times the environment was positive and professional. The entire process was excellent and Mr. Coker earned my admiration for the demonstrated professionalism and informative approach. Will I recommend this dealer? definitively. I am not one to write reviews however there was no way that I could not after the service that I was given at Schumacher by Kevin J. Recently I was having issues with my GMC and went into Schumacher to have it diagnosed and then repaired. Seems simple? I have zero knowledge when it comes to cars and this is where Kevin came in. Kevin walked me through the entire process of what we were doing and why we were doing it as oppose to just giving me a price like many other dealers may do. He made the experience rather fun then stressful. THANK YOU KEVIN for your great customer service!!! Thank You Schumacher for hiring such an amazing rep.

I went there with my Mitsubishi Lancer for service, Nestor L. was so rude that I felt like I was on a hidden camera TV show. To the owner of this establishment, consider a secret shopper for Nestor L..

I spoke with Nicholas who is the new manager and he assured me that everything would work out. He was 100% right. Instead of Nestor L., he put me with Kevin J. What a relief!!!! Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty for me. My car is running smoothly! Thank you Nick and Kevin for your professionalism and kindness.
