This is the 2nd car we bought from West Palm Beach Braman BMW. Our salesman, Jamal Alsafeer, is awesome; he is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable of the product. Honestly, the best experience my husband and I encountered buying vehicles. The dealership looks very good and the service and personnal attitude was positive including the finance person who we dealt with.
Thank you for making our experience great 👍.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR SALES ASSOCIATE OSCAR GUTIERREZ! We just got our fourth BMW with him and we can only say great things about him! He sold us our first BMW and we always come back to him because he goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his clients! Thanks Oscar for taking care of us! We are extremely happy!!!

This was a great experience. We've leased from Lexus, Mercedes and now BMW. This was by far the best. Steven, our sales associate was fantastic. Helped us the best he could to get us the deal structured to our liking. Instead of having to wait for the finance person, "the Genius(who was also great) gave us a full rundown of the many different features of the car. No wasted time. This place has it figured it out!

Came in for service, this place is a well run shop. I got a buzzer when I came in like I’m waiting for a table at a restaurant. The staff were very friendly, they have free coffee and snacks while you wait. The service advisor was able to tell me what was wrong with my car and it was a quick fix I decided to do on my own, he told me BMW would normally charge $400 for the service and he was able to save me that money so I’m grateful.

The bottom line here is BMW and European both refused to take any responsibility and to me that is poor business and customer relations. Buyer beware.
Service department awful. Do not paid your bill until you go out and check out your car to make sure that the service has been done. I am stuck with a car that has had extensive water damage and car payments of $527.00 a month. Not to mention possible mold and continued problems with the system.

BMW 328i was parked in parking lot whereas a car backing out of parking space at approximately 5 MPH hit the back bumper of the BMW 328i. Thus, creating damage to the back bumper.
Owner of BMW reported accident to All State Insurance Company. All State recommended European Paint and Body since they are a certified body shop for BMW. Vehicle was brought to European Paint and Body for adjuster to see. Adjuster review damage and estimated the damaged to be about $2500.
Approximately 2 weeks into repair European Paint and Body claimed the damage to the vehicle was extensive. The now cost of repair to the BMW 328i was now estimated at $11,500.

According to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety:
    5 mph crash test results:
MIDSIZE LUXURY CARS 2000 BMW 328i
Rear into flat barrier Rear into pole Total damage in 4 tests Average
    $608 $759 $672 $2,430 marginal

    Keep in mind
mind vehicle 1 BMW 328i was hit at a rate of speed of less than 5 MPH. This was not a 20 or 30 MPH impact. Please note if this much damage can occur to a BMW 328i at less than 5 MPH, what would be the outcome at an impact of 30 MPH. I am happy their were no children in the back seat of this vehicle.
Within a short period after said repair, when it rained water was entering into the trunk area. As a result of the water entering the vehicle the battery died, the alternator had to be replace and the entire GPS, antenna and speaker systems were burned out. Cost to me $570.00 plus $150.00 towing
The vehicle was towed to BMW which informed me this was a very costly repair ($3000 -$5000) and since European Paint and Body repaired the vehicle it was their responsibility.
In turn European Paint and Body claimed it was BMW's problem since the car had faulty seals. BMW sent it back to European for faulty fix. Adjuster did rain test and found leak at left side of repair site. European than claimed rain test was wrong test. Another adjuster was sent 24 hours later (did a rain test) and found now a leak on both the right side and left side of vehicle.
No-one wants to take responsibility ,,let's just pass the buck and let the owners ins. paid for it.

Close to I-95 this place is by far the cleanest and hassle-free buying experience ever. I have purchased my 2009 BMW 128i 2 door coupe from them and I must say it been a pleasure. As soon as you walk through the door to finishing signing papers the sales associates are polite and knowledgeable. They just don't want to sell the car but want to let you know the best car and option available with the price range you're looking for. They are by far the nicest dealer for German cars in Palm Beach will def recommend this place who need an Ultimate Driving Machine.

My wife and I went to Braman to purchase 2 new vehicles and after an exhausting 5 hours, we finally arrived at a price. All was well until the finance manager started adding in the extras we negotiated into the price of both cars. He assured us we were getting them for free but, in fact we were paying full price as he hide them in the buyers contract. Be careful not to fall for this tactic, as this is Braman's way of doing business.. They cater to the rich, that frankly don't care or, are clueless to fact they are getting a bad deal.. Probably the first. Buyer beware.
P.S. look at the reviews on this site and you can see they only praise 5 star feedback, but ignore the negative ones. It's Braman's way of saying " hey, we really don't value your feedback. We just want you to go away."

They treat you like royalty there. They make sure you remain a loyal Braman customer. Everyone there is super profesional. No other dealer I've dealt with (Volkswagen, Lexus) has better service. Seriously. My experience there is consistently positive, time after time, over the past year and a half I've been a customer.

I bought a used BMW at a non-affiliated dealership and brought it to Braman BMW in WPB for basic service, maintenance and there was a faint clicking noise when slowly turning into parking spaces. They told me the car was in great condition and had been very well maintained at prior owners local BMW dealership, but that they didn't hear any noises, so they gave me the car back. I then took a simple video of the car turning and making the noise which is so prevalent I have no idea how if they did their job they couldn't have heard, and brought the video in to my service advisor. They again took the car in and called a few days later stating it was "definitely" a brake clip. I had the dealership I bought it from replace the brakes with factory BMW brakes so I didnt have to pay the $1,200 Brahman was trying to charge. I drove the car off the lot and the clicking was still there so it "definitely" WAS NOT the clips or brakes. In all this time I did some research and suggested the look at the CV joint or axle but nope they continued to find other things that could "possibly" cause it but of course the $5,000 BMW warranty I purchased directly from BMW doesn't cover anything because the right front quarter panel was replaced 2years ago after a deer hit the side of the car. My car has been there for over a week for them to tell they see the ball joints have possible damage to them that possibly could have been cause by the accident over 2yrs ago and are now trying to swindle me for $1600 to fix that which they can't even say is causing the problem I've brought it in for 3 times now in 2months. They did do me a "favor" and order some sandpaper and rubber seal from Germany for me that's they thought would fix the issues but of course that didn't do anything so here I'm am 8 days later with my car still there, no returned calls, and NO SOLUTION!!!!! On top of that the shop foreman who was supposed to call never did and in fact nobody there returns your calls. So unless your planning on purchasing a few vehicles for a couple hundred thousand dollars and getting VIP treatment I'm sure they'll put you to the side and get to you when they feel like and then proceed to nickel and dime you until them having to stand by their product is the last thing they have to do. I love my car and will certainly buy a BMW again as the noise is just a small annoyance and effects nothing as far as drive or performance, but I WILL NOT buy a car from ANY Brahman dealership or recommend any of my friends to do business with them. I don't make millions of dollars but I do make more then enough to buy more BMW's and they have lost a potential customer for life.

Sales experience was nice, but down hill beyond that. Bought a certified X3. My wife brought it in for its due service and mentioned a problem with the indicator light on the shifter, which would have been a warranty covered repair. They called and said the tire had a nail in it. Strange, as there was no indication of that when she brought it in. The electronics in all modern cars, particularly BMW's sense the slightest deviations in pressure. We reluctantly gave the go ahead for the repair. When my wife picked up the car, the indicator light was not fixed and the service rep said that that the problem didn't happen for them, as she showed them the problem. They asked if she wanted to leave it and she said no, perhaps another time, because she needed the car. Well, she ended up back there anyways because the car was vibrating badly from the new tire. Since the car was there to fix the balancing issue from the tire change my wife gave the go ahead to delve back into the shifter problem. The problem could not be readily repaired and parts needed to be ordered, etc., so they gave us a comparable loaner. Our car was not going to be ready in time for us to leave for our annual vacation so we took the car to Miami airport and parked it for a week in the garage and drove it back and returned it, no more, no less. This was done with the dealerships permission. My wife returned the car the next morning and picked up our car, complete with a ding that wasn't there before, which we opted to not complain about. I would also like to mention, throughout the entire service process, my wife was being pressured by the service rep to give all positive feedback on the comment survey because it was very important for his job, even before the car was complete. As well, everything that he did, he had to make it seem like it was a favor and he was going above and beyond, really cheezy and amateurish. After the guilt drawn survey was complete, a day later, my wife was called by the dealership and they said a slash was in the tire on the loaner that we had to pay for. I saw the photo and it was cut through the side wall. I know for sure we didn't hit anything, and once again, had no indication of a flat while driving. My wife was beside herself and had the service manager call me. His smugness and doubtfulness of my sincerity infuriated me and the conversation went south with nothing accomplished. So, looks like we are going to be charged for another tire. " We've arrived", the tart says on the television. Well, were leaving. Based on my first service experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I stopped in to ask the genius a question about my car's operation. While talking with him, he mentioned the new 7 model and started to tell me a little bit about it but said he was quite busy and referred me to a salesman for further explanation. After introducing me to the salesman and leaving us, the salesman asked exactly when I would be ready for anew car. I said about 6 months. He replied that I should come back in 6 months and talk with him as he wasn't going to waste his time with me now!!! I said that with that attitude I wouldn't be back.

I have purchased no less than 5 BMWs from this dealership. I will admit that the sales staff and service are polite and knowledgeable. but while they're slapping you on the back, they're looking for a soft spot to stick the knife. Caught sales trying to sell a satellite radio that was already included and provided in the vehicle per BMW VIN number which they eventually had to acknowledge. Service refuses to cover warranty items included in the CPO at the time of purchase since they no longer cover now. I'm pretty sure this is contracts 101. Time of purchase governs contract terms and covered items. I'm done with BMW. Period.

Stopped by here just shopping for a new crossover. We were very happy with the service provided. The salesman (Israel) was knowledgeable but not pushy, very helpful and friendly. Sales staff pushed hard to make a deal with us, but were respectful and understanding. We left and looked at other dealerships/cars but returned to buy our new BMW. Can't speak for the service department, but for sales we give an A+.
