My wife and I purchased an MKZ about 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. One of the main reason was because of our sales person Anthony Morretti. Mr Morretti did everything he could to make sure we received the best treatment , got the best deal and was very patient answering all of our questions. The whole team at AL Packer did a great job. Shorty is a great service professional. The problem I have is everytime I go there around 8am or so I end up waiting 4 hours or longer. Showed up at 8am with a service engine problem, it's 10:45am and still don't know the issue.
