Excellent customer service from Mr. Lee in Parts & Service. I reported there today in regards to a call back (Pressure power steering hose)
on my 2007 Cadillac DTS. He explained everything thoroughly. Even though I wasn't happy about the end results, Mr. Lee extraordinary services will return me for future services. Thank you.

Matt Gonzales was my sales person. He was excellent in that he answered all my questions with knowledge of the vehicle, did everything I asked him to do to prep the car, and got me what I thought was a great price. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe and it looked like new when I picked it up. I live 100 miles away from the dealership but would recommend to anyone to make the trip because it will probably be worth it and make sure you ask for Matt!!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about my salesman Matthew Gonzalez. This is the second car I have bought from him and even though he is a used car salesman I wanted to use him for the purchase of my new Cadillac. He was helpful and very patient with me trying to make my decision. This is a very large purchase that you must be happy with once made. All of the Schepel group I dealt with were kind and knowledgeable. I would like to give a special thanks to Paul for explaining the features on my car and how to use them. When ready for my next Cadillac I will be back to see Matthew again!

First I must comment on my most recent purchase. I bought my second Certified Used Car from Schepel last year from Matt Gonzalez, who has found two great cars for me. My most recent was 4 years old, in mint condition and after their 172 point check, I received their warranty - 6 years/70,000 miles, bumper to bumper. They know how their cars are built and warranty on a ten year old car is not an issue. I see other dealers advertising their 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on used cars what does that tell you?

Last night after work, I went out to go home and the car would not start, but the dashboard said it was in "Battery Save Mode" so I pushed the OnStar button and the person at that end could tell who I was , the car I was in and where it was - nice for a woman alone on the road. I told her the problem and she patched on to Cadillac Roadside Assistance.
Now, I do not know if this is the best kept secret or not. But the Cadillac person told me she would find a tech in my vicinity and he would bring a new battery, in case that was the problem. Otherwise the car would be towed.

He called when he was on the road and again, when he got here. He determined it was the battery and took it out and replaced It with a new battery. I asked if my battery would be used as trade-in on the new one. Oh, no, my battery was under warranty, so no charge.

Then I had a paper to sign and asked what I owed . The answer was "Nothing, the car is under warranty."

So a Cadillac tech drove 40 miles round trip to change my battery in rain.

I would do without an awful lot of things - fancy jewelry, fancy trips, etc. before I would ever buy anything other than a Cadillac.

Their Certified Used Cars are the best deal there is, which you may not realize until you deal with Schepel Cadillac. I get a car that has a full bumper-to-bumper warranty until it is 10 years old, besides driving in a SAFE, comfortable car.

Certainly in this instance, buying from Schepel you get what you paid for and more than you expected.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. Our salesman Matt Gonzales immediately met us in the parking lot and we were on a test drive within a few minutes. The negotiation process was not high pressure which is what you normally encounter at dealerships. Completing the financing paperwork was a breeze, a quick and painless process. I would highly recommend this dealership and our salesman.
