Great place to shop when in need for a used part. The staff is great people and to be a salvage yard the place is well organized. The prices is also reasonable and if you feel that you are being over priced they (the staff) usually work with you. Overall just give the place a try most likely you'll leave with what you're looking for. ( An if you are in need for some wheels and also sell cars I can't give a review on those too much I never bought one from them)

I first found out about ABC auto from a friend i bought a used car on sept 1 on sept 29 it stopped i called to talk to the guy who deals with used autos he was supposed to get back to me i got no response i called back oct 2 and he was so rude he told me it was a as is sale and abrubtly hung up i called back and explained i am a grandmother taking care of 5 grandchildren and on a fixed income im also a disabled vet he then proceeded to tell me he has nothing to do with that that they don't have mechanics there i was livid an started crying i then called back to talk to the owner i met him once he seemed to be a resonable man he was out at that time ive continued to leave messages but to no avail i got no response i then reached out to our family lawyer who told me that there was a 30 day law on all vehicles i did right by calling before the 30 days i have since paid and got the car fixed myself because the kids have to go to school and that was our transportation my first car note is due on the fifteen of this month so i called and asked if i could get an extension till the first of nov because i used that money to repair the car but ive yet to get a response i feel so overwhelmed because i know if im late they will take the car back so i just gave ABC 800 dollars plus got the car fixed can someone tell me what i should do ive been so stressed by this situation i would not advise anyone to shop there they seemed so nice but i was fooled. I recieved a message from one of the managers and ABC and ive been granted a extension im am so releived the manager is a awesome person he has helped me when i thought there was no light at the end of my tunnel I would recommend anyone to go to ABC they will work with you thanks Mr Watson you are a awesome man

This place was east to find and easyto get my part I needed for my car. Good prices too. I recommend if you can wait the day or so for the part to get there

I called ABC after looking on Ebay and they had sufficiently raised their prices on a transmission. Had done a diagnostic with a mechanic and knew the pricing was extreme. ABC has never failed as far as having parts at a reasonable priceso IDK WHY I hadn't come here first. RICHARD handled my purchase for the transmission via the phone and the trans was ready as promised. I guess for the core return, he believed I was joking when I said I wasn't bringing it back..I don't intend on returning that piece refund or not because it doesn't work..Richard was a great person to deal with via the phone and in person. So if you're looking for a part for your car, whether a trunk lock, alternator, transmission, etc. If you can come to ABC AUTO PARTS.

Each time I have needed a part I have always worked with Fred. Fred is extremely professional with great customer service. If he doesn't know he will investigate and look into the part for you and makes it a point to keep you informed by calling you back. Great experience every time.

Spent 40min for them to look for a rim for my car just to tell me they had to order it and it will be there the next and that they will call me when the part got in. Well, I had to call to check on it twice , then they call me back and say we don't have it and they could order or I could pay more for a new rim. Well the lady said they just took 1 off let me look it up and either me or you rep will call you back. Now mind you I paid for this up front you would think they would keep me updated. I shouldn't have to call them 3 times to get this resolved. And still haven't received a call back.

There were cordial and very easy to do business with. Louis, Steve, Fred, Sandra, Rosa all made my experience there very pleasant. And I spent $500 plus. They still saved me over $100. Cha-Ching!! I know right. Using a scale of. out of 1-10, with one the lowest and 10 the best. I give them 9 and 1/2.
