Been shopping here for years. Just the freshest and best seafood with most professional help from behind the counter as well. People come from all over the area and now can order online

Delicious food and great service. Sometimes the other people eating there kind be kind of pretentious though. The cippino was perfect!

Small nice place with fresh seafood. They even had lobster roll with salad with reasonable price. But I eye on the grill scallop dish that next table ordered. Next time I definitely will try that one too. And I will go back

It's pricey for what it is. They put too much sauce on their lobster role. This trip was disappointing as the shrimp and oysters we're pretty tasteless

There's always a wide array of fresh seafood available in the maker and the staff is very friendly. The cafe also has some amazing food that you should try at least once.

*Best Fresh Seafood* place in Santa Monica with a good range of items to choose from. Valet parking available during lunch and dinner. Self park is free
Take away service : great and convenient
Restaurant: really good food. Their happy hour scallops tacos are the best. Service delays could be improved. All time favorite ❤️ the king crab legs.

All of the seafood served and sold are extremely fresh. The atmosphere of a restaurant within a fish market is great. You can eat delicious food at the restaurant and take home fresh seafood from the market.

Best place in town for quality seafood products. Years of experience and have maintained their high quality standards. Also, an excellent place to have lunch and dinner in a convenient place in Santa Monica

This place is absolutely amazing! I went here a week ago and I am still thinking about how delicious the food was. My friend and I shared the shrimp and grits (highly recommend) and the fish with a side of greens. The vibe was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

Alas, the market is well on its way to catering exclusively to the top 1% -- witness (on 12/21/16), the $37 lb seabass, the $35 lb halibut and the $38 lb king crab legs. However, they do run coupons in the LA Times one day a week and have a nice thing on weekdays from 2 pm to 5 pm at a bar/counter with $2 oysters and $5 glasses of wine, etc.

    WILL COME BACK
Pleasantly surprised. The place houses a seafood retail store + oyster bar + restaurant (10 tables?). We ordered Manhattan clam chowder and lobster roll for lunch. I was happy that my clam chowder was full of clam meats (versus some places would put too much potato cubes and less clams). My hubby's lobster roll was filled with lobster meat and just enough source (versus some places would drown lobster-like meat in bland white sauce). Recommended.

Excellent service. My buddy and I split the poke bowl and a king crab leg, it was plenty for 2 and delicious. The market is cool to see, as well. Not bad prices for quality seafood.

The place looks amazing we were seated fast table is rather small and close. It took a minute to get waters , we waited a while for 6 oysters 🙁

We ordered the chicken fingers , salmon salad , spicy salmon sandwich .
The fingers were over cooked , the salmon salad was great , the sandwich wasn't as spicy but it was good . Why a 3 is because it was 4 people and the waitress failed to put in the 4th order 😤 But she made a quick adult size chicken fingers hard as a rock plus gave us tartar sauce for chicken instead of ketchup. I thought since I charged them for fish and chips she felt that's what we received NOT !!!!

Plus it came after we were all done eating our food. Too bad I felt it was a nice place. The seafood looked amazing I would consider going for just that .
