This is what an old fashioned travel agency should be, very nice store front office with very fun, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did a Danube river cruise with them, it was one of the best experiences of my life. We visited some of the most beautiful places in the world that your usual tourist does not visit. They did a group tour for us and they did a fantastic job.

I called Commercial Travel with a simple question. The agent I spoke with was hard to understand and unbelievably rude, replying to my question with a curt "No!" and slamming the phone off. Unless you are handing them thousands of dollars to make travel arrangements, you are apparently unworthy of common decency and manners.

Commercial Travel is very well organized and undoubtly friendly. An agency so well organized that they can handle crowds from 30 people to 2000 passengers on just a single travel.The agents really made every attempt to make sure the clients had a great trip with little to no problems.
